One small remote !?! It would have been very helpful to have an idiots guide to learn this remote and TV. Cabeling and selection of connected devices took me forever to learn and I know that some is still not working. Yeah, you guessed it , I'm 80 years old and not a technophobe. I cannot profess to being a person currently up with technology but so what! Can't younger people write product use guides for the older masses needing a new TV?

Deep blacks and bright whites. It is better than my expectations. Sometimes it appears almost too bright, but I'm going to blame the media for that and not the TV per se. When I put in 4K media, it blows me away. Awesome. Yes, some TV shows and some DVDs have a slightly grainy appearance, so upscaling is not the best. That's it. That is my only real complaint. Note that I not using the best HDMI cables, so some of my issue might be traced to those "years old" cables. I also run the latest AppleTV. I have yet to try out OTA.

This TV shows exceptional dark contrast, with no color bleeding (due to OLED technology), but superior brightness and color saturation due to quantum dots. It has no problems with reflections, even with its glossy surface, and incoming daylight behind. I am a physicist, with 5 U.S. patents in flat panel display technology electro-optics.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The picture is amazing. This is replacing a 10 year old Samsung 4k curved screen. Honestly it's a night and day difference in quality for both the picture and sound. The first attempt to download a new app was frustrating. It of course was me. Apps are very easy to download. So far I am very impressed.

This TV completely exceeded my expectations. The picture quality is incredible, with perfect contrast and deep blacks that make movies look cinema-quality. The brightness level is impressive even in a well-lit living room, and the colors are perfectly uniform across the entire panel. I am also amazed by the Al upscaling, which makes older HD content look remarkably sharp. Navigating menus and switching apps is incredibly snappy, and the gaming responsiveness is top-tier. It is worth every penny!

I like the perfect picture and amazing sound in my 77” Samsung OLED S90F. It's what I was expecting. But here are a few things I do not like. First of all is the very poor applications access and their configuration. It's the worst of the worst. Looks that Samsung doesn't like third party applications. For example it's impossible to add applications from Apple Store or after two weeks of owning this TV I didn't figured out how to do that, maybe because it's so complicated in this Samsung TV. Secondly it's difficult (complicated and confusing) to navigate between TV set up, especially: sound, close captions and remote control set up. Another thing I do not like is an inability to program my XFINITY remote to fully control the Samsung TV and the cable box. Now I have to use two remotes for changing channels, sound volume, turn on and off, etc. For example, bot remotes can turn TV on but only Samsung remote is able to turn off tv. From Samsung remote I can change channels only one by one; down or up but it's impossible to switch to distant channels for example from channel 399 to 460. My 12 years old big screen Sharp TV had not such problems and cable box remote was fully functional on TV and tv box just like my other Sony and Toshiba TVs.
