I love my Samsung tvs they are easy to use and everything if not mote or better then all the others.

It is light enough that ai was able to wall mount it myself, and large enough for multiple people sitting at different angles to enjoy. Good picture quality and honestly the on-board speakers arent terrible, but I have a soundbar and sub-woofer connected to it for a bit better movie watching experience.

I am very happy with the TVs appearance and performance! Exactly what I was looking for in size, quality, color, brightness, etc. My two concerns that would probably push me to a 3.5 stars even though I love the TV are the Home Screen and an issue with sunlight. The Home Screen is simply not nearly customizable enough. The UI needs to be simplified and more flexible. Regarding the sunlight, I am happy to say that I have no issues with this TV’s brightness in the full bright light of day. You shouldn’t have any worries there. My complaint, and my warning, is something I did not know was a problem with OLEDs. Direct contact with sunlight can cause distortion in the picture, and I had to do a pixel refresh when a shaded imprint of my blinds got stuck on the screen. I understand now this is part of the technology I chose, so I can manage it because I want the OLED experience, but there should be much clearer and proactive warning about this when setting up the TV. I expect this could cause significant damage to the longevity of the TV if I didn’t manage it, so having the advanced knowledge to manage it would be incredibly helpful. Overall, love the TV! A couple frustrations with it.

Right out of the box, I loved the software, streaming, and the brightness of the screen. It is clearly a much higher quality TV than the Crystal UHDs I've had in the past. The price reflects that difference too, and it's the most expensive TV I've bought. I'm also a big fan of Samsung products, as all of our mobile devices, TVs, and monitors are Samsung products. However, only 3 days after installing the TV, the left side started flickering in a four-inch vertical strip. I've contacted warranty services and am hoping to get this resolved quickly. We had to wait a week to get an in-home appointment scheduled, as taking it down and out of the house is more than I'd like to do. It is a large TV! We're hoping for the best, communication has been good, and I've been able to submit the needed information easily.

The picture quality is stunning super sharp, vibrant colors, and deep blacks, especially with their QLED and OLED models. The smart features are easy to use, and it connects quickly to all my streaming apps. The sound is pretty good too, but I paired it with a soundbar for an even better experience. Overall, it’s a sleek, high-performing TV that’s totally worth it.

Use it for streaming, movies, television, & screen mirroring. If everything continues to be good and they allow me to say anything. I'll let you know more. I'm hoping everything will be good after 12 to 24 months and then some. I'm hoping if anything weird happens it happens in the first 12 months. My first Samsung TV lasted 10 years. I still have an old fashioned box TV that still works after 25 years. I'll probably replace it with a Samsung within a couple years.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This TV has a clear bright picture. There are several drawbacks. First is the tiny remote. As seniors with limited eye site the scrol wheel is so hidden it's nearly impossible to accurately use. Second, the onscreen menus are way too confusing. Coming from another well know brand trying to access stuff like YouTube to listen to music, then trying to get back to TV is really difficult. Third, wearing hearing aids I hear a lot of rumbling when the volume is loud enough to hear. Not a fan. But guess I'm stuck with it
