Looks nice but I'm concerned of the quality and durability. The ridge beam and side boards aren't very sturdy. The instructions need to be more descriptive and detailed. Some metal roofing sections were scratched and a board was mislabeled. I'm hoping the wind and snow capabilities claimed are accurate. Time will tell.

We finally finished up putting together our 12X14 Gazebo and we love it! My husband and I are in construction so we understand how things work. The instructions were really amazing, and we downloaded the 3-d instructions just to see if they were helpful. We followed every single step to a T and still ended up with one little confusing part when it came to the roof rafter. Somehow, following the instructions, we missed something because the nut locks didn't line up, so we drilled our own holes and made it work. Also somehow we were short one H06, so we used the H08 (support board) and cut it to fit. Otherwise, just the 2 of us did almost all of it. We recruited 2 neighbors when it came time to lift the roof panels up. It is beautiful and we are so glad we did it!

Outstanding gazebo. This was truly a professional kit. The cedar lumber, hardware, fasteners, directions, etc., were all top notch. I love the quality and the look. Now I don't have to worry about the wind blowing this gazebo down, nor the snow caving the roof in. The unit was delivered quickly and in perfect condition. Myself and my family love it. Our expectations were exceeded! Thank you.

We just assembled our 16x12 Norwood and couldn’t be happier with how it turned out. Assembly took about a day and a half for 2 guys. The only real issues we had were when we didn’t understand what the instructions wanted us to do and did things the wrong way ( following the instructions is critical with anything to do with the roof panels). If we were to do another one it would go much smoother. The wood all looks great, the hardware is substantially made, all the parts were in the kit, and everything fit like it was supposed to.

We bought this to add another seating space to our back yard for our son's graduation. We received several compliments from our guests. The finished piece is beautiful, my only warning is to read each step of the directions to the end before beginning the assembly. Some of the directions are a little difficult to understand even after reading them several times. This is by far not our first large assembly which required following multiple pages of directions and we still had to redo a few things after we realized we did them wrong.

The kit is complete with extra fasteners, and the instructions are well written, and they include all the driver bits you might need. A word of caution. First the roof panels can be hard to lift in place, so extra hands are really needed. Also take a rope and tie the ends to each other to hold the width steady. They can spread and the roof panel can slip out and fall. That happened to me and destroyed the fascia board which I replaced with Western Cedar. Luckily, I didn't attach the drip rail before installation. Once the panels are in place, it's very steady.

We are very happy with the gazebo. It comes with written instructions and we followed them step by step. Each step we had containers for the hardware that we needed for that step and we did that throughout the construction and had no problems. I would recommend when you put the 2 halves together you have a couple of strong people.

We purchased this gazebo several months ago and finally have it up. This is not my first gazebo, but both hubs and I very pleased. First, shipping was very fast and since the well packed boxes are large you need a designated place to hold it until ready to assemble. Hubs said it's not hard to put together but take your time read instructions first and have couple of strong guys to help. The finished product is gorgeous—the solar box is handy. We did add a fan and 2 solar shades on the sides —it's AZ and hotter than you know…very thick and sturdy posts too.!!! Great product

My sister in law loves it. She really wanted to have a nice patio because she's never had one at her house. This was the perfect surprise for her. I had the parts shipped to her in Colorado and hired 3 men to put it together for her. They had it up in a few hours. They commented that it was well designed and went together nicely.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This gazebo kit is awesome. Quality materials, and thorough instructions, make for an excellent result.
