The picture is sharp, clear and clean. It doesn't take long to load apps or shows. The sound is crystal clear. Plenty loud also. If you need to refresh the settings or anything, it's very simple. Easily able to guide through everything.

The remote is modernized so much that it's a bit difficult for Seniors to use. Source is one of the main functions for modern viewing. Your nickname page is a problem. I've put in numerous combinations of letters and or numbers and it keeps kicking me out. Example JWK or JWK 1946 or Happy 1946.

And the sound from the tv itself is terrible. Like listening to a phone. We had to buy a sound bar in order for any sound to be proper. The picture quality and options for tht are solid though.

The resolution is clear and crisp and you can change the contrast easily, I have it using the bright mode during the daytime and you can use the refresh TV to manufacturers settings. I am extremely happy with my purchase. The remote has many channels for viewing easily.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] this TV is by far the best TV I ever owned in my life the pictures spectacular don't even need to wear my glasses to read the screen the smart part of the TV works I no longer use my Roku stick anymore the fact that it comes with free video games and syncs up with my PlayStation remote I just love it been playing Hogwarts Legacy for the past couple of weeks now recommend this TV I promise you will not be disappointed

The controller is sleek and easy to use and doesn't require much "figuring out". There are lots of settings for contrast and color so that no matter if you watching a show or playing a game the picture is always just how you want it.

The contrast, colors, refresh and its light & mode settings make for easy viewing in all lighting. Every enjoyable feature of my past Samsung tvs is even easier and faster (not to mention better on the larger screen, i love the 85"!!!) All of the features are outstanding and the different modes for viewing and ease of switching ensures documentaries, drama/action movies, or sports are sure to keep you entertained! I have a 2008 58" plasma that isn't plugged in but im not tossing it! A 2018 65" & a 2023 55" all of which ive used and loved for decades. I've enjoyed the free 'Samsung TV' television lineup for a long time now and its just an added bonus to the best brand tvs and phones I've ever owned. I'm very happy recently (after forgetting to download movies into the last New England winter storm) we lost power, and being a recent right leg amputee after 2 years 13 botched limb salvage surgeries and 2 years of setbacks i spend a lot of time in bed unfortunately but was amazed at the ease and quality i was able to stream my Netflix on my television from my galaxy Ultra phone both in great quality & with minimal generator consumption (no other options w wifi down! Very easy to use and navigate fast updates and loading of apps make it a joy! If I had to critique one thing it would be the volume but sound quality is good just not as loud as like and my 350W Samsung surround sound solves that. Again im just saying if i had to pick one thing it would be sound but thats universal with all the new ultra thin tvs nowadays...and who doesn't use at least a sound bar these days anyway. I love it! All my TVS are currrently Samsung (i left a Phillips from 2 black Fridays ago w my ex. currently and i was planning on buying a qled tcl on black Friday but got this new 85" Samsung for the same price of the sold out 75" Tcl and i haven't regret it for a second!

It has a great picture, great sound and a great size for watching movies and playing video games. The smart functions make it easy to watch your favorite streaming app. The built-in wireless LAN connection also allows you to place your TV where ever you want without worry. The only drawback is it does not have a optical audio in.

The main thing I was looking for was good picture quality, and this TV delivers 100%. The colors are so vibrant and punchy without looking fake, and the crispness of the 4K picture is unreal—everything looks super sharp. For a 65-inch screen, the clarity is top-notch. It was easy to set up and looks sleek in my living room, but honestly, I just can't get over how good the picture looks for the price. Highly recommend if you want a stunning display!

I would give it 5 stars….but…..Do not like the remote at all because it doesn't light up, and there is no voice commands. I looked up options for other Samsung remotes but it asked me for my zip code and then said it's not available in my area (greater Boston)
