The sound is clear but difficult to adjust to a suitable volume. One minute we can't hear conversions on show and the next background sounds are blowing us away.

TV is great, but....it lacks clear instructions for how to connect a sound bar to the tv and actually get it to work. Instruction Manual is very obtuse and unclear. SO HOW DO I CONNECT A SONY SOUNDBAR TO THE TV BEYOND THE HDMI CABLE AND GET THE TV TO PLAY THROPUGH IT? ? IT IS VERY UNCLEAER AND EVERYTHING I HAVE TRIED HAS FAILED. HELP!!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nice television set. It has a real nice color. Only problem is for an unknown reason the remote doesn't work properly. The remote quits working. it freezes up. We have to unplug the tv and plug it back in for the remote to work. This has happened 3 times in the short time we have owned this set.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] the TV is great for the most part love the resolution love the price love Samsung TV all the channels you get with that for free is totally crazy my only complaint is there doesn't seem to be enough computing power to get apps open quickly as I use my TV for all of my apps also there have been a few hiccups with not connecting to Wi-Fi when my Wi-Fi was on and functioning overall I love Samsung I'll always buy Samsung would highly recommend

Have had the TV for a few weeks now. Good TV. Great picture and if using speakers that still have the 3mm headphone jack and not an HDMI cable, make sure you buy an HDMI arc audio extractor. Quality of the audio is great when using one. Only downside is sometimes when clicking on a button while navigating the apps and channels there can be a slight lag. Doesn’t happen all the time, but sometimes. Good, crisp picture and great price for what you get.
