Colors were amazing. There was lag when shifting threw the menu. And overall I felt the higher end experience these type of tvs give off when their in your home.

The TV has an excellent picture. What it does not have is good reception. I use an antenna for local channels and apps for movies. I had a lot of issues with the wifi dropping off and not being able to sign back in. I have fiber through ATT. 350 megabytes. I found out that the tvs now have smaller, weaker wifi antennas. I had to run either net cable from my modem to the tv. This corrected the problem. Support does not explain this to you. All they say is sounds like a reception issue. The tv does not show all info on the channel guide. Just displays no info. Keep in mind this is a brand new tv, Samsung 50 in q-led. But my other Samsung 65 in q-led from 2018 displays everything??

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Brightness, color, contrast are great. The remote and software interface are easy to understand and both respond fast. I have had this tv for four years now and picture resolution is as good as the day I purchased it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I went with this tv because of the price and clarity of the picture. I can't see paying more for a tv when the picture is the same to me on an expensive tv or a cheaper tv. I love Samsung and all my tv's are Samsung.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Samsung has been our favorite brand for some time. We have had other brands over the years but they never live up to quality of Samsung. Color and clarity at the top of the list. When the time comes we would by another Samsung tv.

He can see all the details clear and bright while playing his Xbox as well as his Ps5 gaming consoles. He said he can use all the features without anyone helping him.
