I had two main concerns coming in; picture quality and a strong reliability volume. The picture quality throughout the screen compares with much more expensive sets. Color is crisp and true to life. No soft edges or skewed images. In the menu you'll also find a volume booster which works exactly as described. Even with my hearing aides I'll have difficulty clearly hearing certain scenes. This has not been a problem here. Clear and strong tones allowing me to not miss any action. Not really knowing what I was looking for or at I was very fortunate to find a salesman who knew his products and could answer my questions. Not just a clerk. No, I couldn't be happier and at some point down the road, when we're needing another tv, this one will be at the top of our search.

My kids and I, especially my autistic son, love it. It's very kid-friendly, and the picture quality and colors are incredible. I love all the features, especially Art Mode. I would definitely recommend this TV to anyone looking for a great viewing experience.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] TV started as an automated billboard, full of AI trash and permissions to record key presses and voice. How about, NO! Make these features device isolated with no data to HQ or 3rd parties. I set the TV to turn off after a period of time. When restarting the TV, a popup telling me my TV turned off like I told it to, blocks use until acknowledgement. Why Samsung? Why do you feel I need to acknowledge this message? Please remove it.

The brightness and contrast were perfect not to mention the 4k resolution which actually looked like 4k unlike some other models. 10/10

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] ​Amazing TV, But Tragically Damaged ​When I first got this TV, the picture quality was absolutely incredible. It was so sharp and clear that it literally felt like I was sitting right on the set, directing the show myself! ​Sadly, just a month after buying it, my house caught on fire. While the TV survived, the picture has never been the same since the damage. ​The Bottom Line: Overall, I absolutely love this TV. I just truly wish I had a replacement for the one I lost!
