The sound and picture are great. I will say the home page is cluttered and junky due to everything Samsung is promoting. The remote has bare boned features, unlike our previous television. Basic features are buried in the settings and hard to find. The volume control is difficult to use as it wants to mute the sound.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Its great the contrast and brightness are better then the crystal uhd tv I had before this the responsiveness is so much better as well the upscaling isnt noticeable to me it might be good it might not be someone who knows more on that could give you a better answer and the uniformity is good the remote is super sensitive though i keep turning the tv off or switching apps on accident...

I love my Samsung TV sharpness and color. It looks like the people jump out at you and it's so crisp and clear and when a theme comes on with music is playing you can hear all the instruments in the background beautiful TV. Study the rest of the TVs and the Samsung is the best TV on the market.

I I don’t like the fact that there’s an attempt to control using a TV by logging in, which is something I do not want to do Next: Access for accessories Power source is very limited. Next I use a cable service not Samsung play. I have owned Samsung TV for many many years in multiple homes and I do not appreciate the fact that. television attempts to control who used it by logins and results back to Samsung one turned off and turned back on therefore, I have decided to give this TV away and go back to my previous model

I've never really had a TV since I was a kid leaving my parents house and now that about my house and only use my phone and laptop pretty much for the last 20 years it takes me getting used to but after a couple months I got to say I've never experienced TV like this and the fact the way it integrates with my cell phone and it tries to make everything easier it was great the problems I'm having or not the equipment it is simply the user.. I'm older and I have more insurance but I'm not hip to all these new fandangled like really cool gadgets and stuff but I'm trying to learn

I love the display of the TV. My main concern is with the audio! The TV sits in the living room. In the living room, we have a box fan to circulate air in the room. When the box fan is on. I need to push the TV audio to around 75-85% to hear what is coming out. The problem is I don't understand why it needs to be that high, and I don't really feel the audio is that loud. I also have multiple Samsung TVs and Projectors. Most of them are hooked up to an audio unit that is Harmon or Samsung. Thus, this may be a problem for the TV, but it should be addressed. Video looking great is awesome, but a large part of the viewing experience is to hear what is also on the TV.

I decided a while ago that I would only buy Samsung TV's. This one is no different; the picture has great brightness and is beautiful which is my number 1 necessitie when it comes to TV. Sound is great, no need for my sound bar. Responsiveness is very quick. I do believe that it will last at least 10 years, the Samsung in my living room is 10 years old and still going strong. Thanx for a quality product!

Sound is amazing with samsung surround i have for it and immerses you in the depth of sound. Vibrant colors are a plus with contrast and brightness for each setting perfect for whatever you're watching. Picture is good and clear and I can watch it almost without my glasses which is a plus. The interface works well all my internet systems and mobile devices .
