The Tv often says I'm offline and I can't sign back in, I've had to unplug the TV twice to get back online even though my internet service is fine able to use my computer! Also sometimes it streams show and remaining times across the bottom of the screen don't know why it does that? Also disappointed there is no optical port to add a soundbar?? Tried to add one to my 32 inch TV in bedroom and couldn't even with extra adaptor cord I had to purchase.

My primary issue is I can't get the Netflix app to connect to the Samsung server. Samsung tech has worked on it twice. Netflix is worthless in doing anything. Netflix took all the information and I have heard nothing. They - Netflix- blame Samsung, of course. All other apps work fine except Netflix. Don't know what to do next. The TV has been great in all other aspects. Samsung tech service has been very helpful and excellent in all other aspects of service. I am helpless on the tech side, so You - Samsung - have been great/excellent in helping me to navigate all the settings.

The responsiveness is slow, and everything about the tv s great in my personal opinion it that gets fixed I won't even need a Apple TV to use on the tv itself I even use Samsung monitor for my gaming and that respond faster even at a base monitor the TV I have is. A QLED and higher model in most ways and still lacks the response time

TV constantly loses connectivity. Please wait trying to re-connect. At times the picture freezes and I cannot turn off TV via remote. I have to unplug it from power source to get it to turn off. When plugged back in it re-boots to some goofy picture. However, at that point the remote will work to get me back to any channel.

The television looks fantastic. Mounting it was a breeze. There are a lot of really great things about Samsung, application options about. Wish that the overall interface could be pared down to just the essentials for elderly users. Simple things like accentuating the highlighted icons more clearly would be useful. My parent-in-laws are thrilled with the size of the picture and visual quality. It took them a while to catch on to navigating the annoying main interface.

I'm never a fan of the TV speakers nowadays but a Samsung soundbar fixes that very easily. The picture on the TV is just right for my family's preference. The auto-dimming of the brightness and the contrast is a fantastic feature when you're watching TV during the day vs. at night. The look of the TV in the room gives it a very upscale look... doesn't stick out and kind of blends with the room. The TV is super responsive to the cable box and Samsung soundbar. I'm very happy with this TV and recommend it.

We're extremely pleased with our Samsung TV! We bought it for our guest bedroom and our occasional overnight guests have raved about what great color it has and how easy it was to operate it. I use it often on evenings when my husband is watching our main TV and I want to watch a different program.

The sound is amazing, the picture is awesome and pretty well exactly what I was wanting. Contact is great, brightness is perfect and even though I still haven't totally learned how to operate it, the features and choices are endless. Since I don't have cable, I rely mainly on Antenna and Internet which gives me a wide range of entertainment. Alexa is a huge help and I have connected my echo dot, phone and laptop and I truly enjoy exploring it to find out what I can choose next. Even my Audiologist recommended Samsung for their Audio and with my hearing impairment, I depend on my Samsung QLED because it's so far ahead and so much better than my previous TV. I love Samsung!
