Overall this has been a really good tv, I have multiple samsung models and this one has been as expected performance and price.

The tv brightness and clarity are a 5. But, I can't install my prime video account. It is frustrating.

volume and sound issue.the sound is at max and i need more. often use old tv which gets greater volume

My remote button for volume up/down cracked off. I can still use it but the remote needs to be replaced. Otherwise I love the tv!

Good brightness tizan is on the slower end but very innovative and has tons of usable apps no issues overall with the TV would recommend
