I don't care for there's not many buttons on it. Which some people might like I don't, but for the most part, it is a great TV I love the free TV part that Samsung provides, but that's the reason for the one star is the lagginess of it. It's just kind of slow going into and getting out of apps and stuff like that. But otherwise great tv would recommend

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Owning 4 Samsung tv's, this one has the slowest internet acquisition speed. I use lan connections to my 1 gig fiber service . the tv browser typically reports a 50 to 60 mbs speed test. Picture quality is good but UHD sometimes suffers due to slow speed Stations that are received via outdoor antenna are good though the source is 60 miles away. On rare occasions sound fails to come up with the picture and a recycle of the channel fixes the problem.

After a year i could nit watch it in a room with any light whatsoever. I tried all of the online "fixes" resetting it to factory default. Turning off the auto brightness adjust nothing fixed it. Probably my worst samsung experience ever.

We will never go back to another brand if we can. Help it. There only 2 thing in our house that is not Samsung and thats a stove and the micro wave and I feel that as my current electronic fail they will be replace with Samsung. I think I could be a spokesperson for Samsung for as many of them I own.
