[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great Smart TV that fit our space perfectly. The only thing I wish was a little easier to navigate is the remote control with all the apps. If you hit the wrong button, you have to go back a bunch of menus to get back to where you were.

The contrast is very good between colors, the images almost look alive. The hardware is good enough that it can process whatever apps I use to stream with no lag. I'm very happy with my Samsung tv!

However, i can turn it off and on via my Alexa echo dot & show. Would opt for a different brand if i could go back.

Your people need to understand that there are older customers out there who do not know how to use their smartphone, let alone understand the instructions given on screen. I'm 86 years old and I am about 50 percent in use of smartphones and computers. But I personally know other people my age and even younger who do not have any idea how to navigate. The instructions need to keep them in mind.

The AI aspect I was in candy and performs with great accuracy. Brightness and contrast are easy to find and control but truly the pre-sets already take care of that… I love my Samsung TV!

But the main diff is the software, it works like a charm and has notifications for the smarthub integrated. Also, an awesome discovery for me was the remote, which you can charge via usb or solar!

Im also really liking the amount of features it has. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] TV has been pretty high quality thing that I would say isn't perfectly what I would expect from Samsung and an easy to use interface is a little bit of a complicated system for finding different quality and settings for the type of video you're trying to use or how to connect to different devices for audio it's not all self-explanatory is why I still very much enjoyed it and I love all the complex contrast settings and the way the color looks in general the native color is great the 4K is very smooth and I love the refresh rate
