I moved it to the bedroom and bought a new one. Wow !!! I thought my old one was crisp and vivid , the new one is just amazing. Thank you all again. The remote control is solar powered . They came out to fix it but the panel has to be replaced and that costs more than the TV itself. This is my third Samsung TV in 5 years.

I've owned every brand and this is by far the easiest to navigate TV that I've had. The ability to transform every TV into a work of art is fantastic. The responsiveness has been excellent. Was surprised and pleased with the improvement in the sharpness of the picture, and even a bit better with the sound (without additional speaker system). Very easy software updates, and setup. I had it from box to setup complete in less than an hour. In the past I've had to access GOOGLE for instructions for setup. This one I just followed the menu & instructions.

I recently upgraded from a 55" to a 65" QLED and it is fantastic. My old 55" 3D model was on the wall for 5 - 8 years and began failing after repairmen from a big box store dropped it. I fired them and hired an independent dealer here in Bakersfield (CA) who agreed with me concerning my preferred Samsung purchase and his installation was flawless. My TV is connected with Spectrum and Xumo. The television is exceptional and I'm more than happy with it's performance and picture which is crystal clear..On closeup views of actors you can see the pores of their skin and their makeup. The contractor also recommended and installed a Vizio sound bar and bass unit to complement the TV. I would highly recommend Samsung to anyone considering a new television.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After checking out online reviews years ago, it became clear that Samsung was the choice of numerous consumers and after making my purchase, I can see why. My current Samsung is am upgrade to a 55" from a 50" Samsung which still works perfectly. I was used to great color on the previous model and I wasn't disappointed on the larger version. There are numerous adjustments that allow you to tailor the picture just the way you like it. Watching sporting events is quite the treat. You feel like you are right at the stadium. The TV sound was good but I opted to use a soundbar through the HDMI option. Bluetooth was also available on this model but I was a bit disappointed that an optical hookup was not an option. It's great having access to hundreds of apps and the free Samsung channels through your Samsung account. Overall I could not be more pleased with my purchase.
