The TV is perhaps my favorite as I can control it from anywhere. My kiddo hates it bc when she sneaks and tries to use it past bedtime I get alerted and can set parental co trols to keep it from coming on. Samsung makes great user friendly products with families in mind.

One thing I don't like, and I don't know why it's doing it because I am an empty nester, but as soon as I turn on the TV, Cartoon Network shows up. Also, I press the Home/Samsung TV button and there is always a delay in my request. When it finally completes the task, the Cartoon Network immediately shows up once again. It's somewhat annoying.... first world problems, I suppose.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Sounds is too muted so have to raise the volume very high to hear everything said .....remote control is useless doesn't light up and it's too small to see and use the buttons in low light had to order a better one on line ... what ever is presented when you first turn the tv on that program kicks in if you don't act fast enough to make a choice then you have to go back out and in again, don't like the AI feature really seems useless I'd buy one without it don't waste your money , live tv is nothing but junk and old programing so that is worthless , streaming sucks it's a money pit !

It's obvious and more convenient to use a controller but that feature but be nice when you trying to get out of the house quickly. Otherwise, we enjoy the TV. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this as a gift for my parents as I love Samsung products and wanted to gift them a new TV as an anniversary gift as they hadn't had a new one since they became flat-screen years ago now, maybe decades ago now. I needed to update their TV to one that atleast had Bluetooth capabilities in order to link to our cellphones. I couldn't have made a better choice. It took a moment to get used to the clarity difference in between their old and this new one and it was a tremendous one too! The clarity on this Samsung looks like real life compared to the other TV seems so outdated with it's picture now. Although when I get the TV to their home, I am setting it up, I got to trying to connect their surround sound to this new TV when I realized it wasn't going to work and I had to run out and make a purchase for a surround sound home theater system from Samsung to go with the new TV I'd just purchased because my parents surround sound was too outdated now to work with the new connections. No one designed anything to use as a conversion piece for the plug so a new system was the only way to go.
