Adding apps is difficult

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The image and clearness are an improvement over our previous TV. Being able to connect and Ethernet cord is a huge plus. The biggest drawback is the difficulty adding apps. I have tried multiple times to add “The Chosen” app and have been unable to add it. What good is a smart tv if I cannot add apps?

To help you get the most from your TV, you can download the full e-Manual and more by visiting Samsung’s website, then navigating to: Support > Manual & Software > TVs & Home Theater. From there, you can search for and select your TV model to view or download the available guides. The e-Manual & User Guide are also conveniently built into your TV: Settings > Support > Tips and User Guides. Your TV includes Learn Menu Screen, an accessibility feature that provides audio guidance for on-screen menus. When enabled, your TV will announce the name and function of each menu item as you scroll, without making any changes. This feature is particularly helpful for users who are visually impaired or new to Smart TV menus. To enable, go to: Settings > All Settings > General & Privacy > Accessibility > Learn Menu Screen. love my Samsung TV

I love that they put the YouTube button on the remote and it is solar, so cool and money saving. Thank you for making such a great priduct.

Best T.V EVER!!!

Need info in writing on how to operate

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the TV color, brightness etc. I dislike that no instructions came with remote. I still do not understand the navigation, what the two left and center buttons do, how to hold a picture, and what Samsung Plus. Remember you have people living alone over 70 that do not have a 3 year old to help. Additional understandable info in big enough print would help.

Great Features! Great Picture!

50' Smart TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really love my 50' TV. My bedroom is where this TV is placed. I think the brightness and resolution is wonderful. The contrast between the white and dark colors just pop with vibrancy. The accuracy of color and brightness for my TV can't be compared to ant other tv I have bought in the past.

Great purchase!

One thing I don't like, and I don't know why it's doing it because I am an empty nester, but as soon as I turn on the TV, Cartoon Network shows up. Also, I press the Home/Samsung TV button and there is always a delay in my request. When it finally completes the task, the Cartoon Network immediately shows up once again. It's somewhat annoying.... first world problems, I suppose.

bad remote good tv

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] the tv is fine but the remote is a piece of junk. it is small in the hands. the buttens dont work all the time. alexa is aseep most of the time i cant wake her up . so much for built in alexa. THE remote is hard to see in a dark room. Nice tv BAD BAD remote I had to buy another remote to be able to use the right way
