[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We were pretty excited when we got our new TV. The picture was so crisp it felt like we were in the scene. But it seems to like to randomly disconnect from our Internet. And it's not an Internet issue because all our other devices, including another TV, are connected without issue. And it often takes more than one try to get it reconnected. It's pretty frustrating. I also feel like the picture is not as crisp now either and it's been less than 6 months since we got it.

I live on a fixed income so I couldn't afford to get it fixed after the purchase, plus the seller wouldn't refund my money so just glad I have the old TV. LOVED IT WHILE I HAD IT!
