[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Sounds is too muted so have to raise the volume very high to hear everything said .....remote control is useless doesn't light up and it's too small to see and use the buttons in low light had to order a better one on line ... what ever is presented when you first turn the tv on that program kicks in if you don't act fast enough to make a choice then you have to go back out and in again, don't like the AI feature really seems useless I'd buy one without it don't waste your money , live tv is nothing but junk and old programing so that is worthless , streaming sucks it's a money pit !

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] TV is great. Excellent picture. Remote is too small. Remote is also too sensitive; slightest bump will activate buttons. A printer user manual would have been nice. Trying to find info on screen is less than handy.

The only reason it isn't 5 stars is difficulty with my replacement universal remote (not a Samsung brand). I have two Samsung TVs and the remote will control both TVs at the same time. I can't find a way to have it only control the original TV and not this one. For brand loyalty, seems like this is something a person should be able to do.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This tv is a huge disappointment. The picture quality is not that good, considering that it's a Samsung. It's difficult to program. When I press any button on the remote, it takes about 2 seconds for the tv to react. And now, less than 5 months after purchase, the tv picture stays on for about 2 seconds before it goes black but the audio stays on. And all thats on the screen are colored dots in line formation that move around the screen. The picture returns after pressing a button on the remote 2 or 3 times. But the picture stays on for only 2 seconds and then returns to black with the colored dots. Horrible! Waste of money.

A 70" in our Living Room, a 43" in our Dining/Kitchen, and a 32" in our Master Bath and a 50" in our Master Bedroom. These TV's are terrific. Great color and contrast with beautiful picture quality. We are sold on Samsung and this brand is now our go-to-brand for electronics, especially tv's.

I have Directtv and when turning on it goes to Samsung TV after a long wait and then I have to try and get it back into Directtv. The picture is ok. A little brighter than my last Samsung. I just wish my old tv wasn't having any color issues. It does lag a bit when switching between Netflix and TV.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband has hearing aids that hooks up to a Compatible box that has a T-P link for the tv. Unfortunately this Samsung does not have a TP link and we had to buy another cable for him to use his hearing aids. Now it only switches between sound and anode for him to use his hearing aids and then others Cannot hear. This was very disappointing!

The TV is perhaps my favorite as I can control it from anywhere. My kiddo hates it bc when she sneaks and tries to use it past bedtime I get alerted and can set parental co trols to keep it from coming on. Samsung makes great user friendly products with families in mind.
