Carry on handle broke after 3rd use. While in Japan, the handle of the carry on luggage broke while in use. The luggage had barely been used, just once on a trip prior. Learned my lesson, you get what you pay for when you buy cheap luggage. I will be taking them back, in hopes Sam's Club will honor a return.

Took these to the dells this weekend! My husband and I used the big one and our oldest used the smaller! It was basically buy one get one free for us!

Good luggage

Color is darker blue than expected, almost navy. Quality of the luggage is great (typical of Samsonite), but the packing capacity of the carry-on is deceptively small. The exterior dimensions are as expected, but a significant amount of interior space in the carry-on is taken up by the handle, wheels, and curvature of the suitcase. You lose a lot of space. I wouldn't use this for more than a 2-night trip and will likely return it for that reason.

I used the large suitcase one time and the handle retracted without pushing the button. It kept getting shorter and shorter as I pushed it in the airport. Otherwise it seemed to roll well and worked as expected. I'm returning for a replacement.
