I ordered this for my 10month old for Christmas. The outer box was damaged causing the inner box and plane to be damaged. In the past year or so, I have experienced, what I would consider, awful packaging and shipping of items shipped from Sam's so this wasn't a surprise to me. My detergent and fabric softener comes cracked and leaking 95% of the time so again I almost expected this to be packaged poorly.
