I don't dislike this item. This is my first apple product. I pretty much do Android. But I think it has better security. However, you must have an apple account. And it's really too complicated. just to change your password. or update your information.

Love it! I bought it to play games (mainly crossword) that are on my iPhone and not available for my Kindle. The pictures and words are too small on my phone. I am generally not an Apple fan, but I cannot deny that I love the integration between the iPad and my phone.

I called the Apple genius store and they showed me how to walk me through transferring data from the old one to the new one. The new one has 128 GB.

I enjoy my iPad, but it was difficult to get started as it had to be scrubbed of old security settings which was an unknown for me. Thankfully the gentleman at Walmart Tech. Department informed me how to fix my problem , went to Apple Store and had my problem taken care of. It now works like a charm! The screen is so easy to read and navigate!

The reason why I don’t want to recommend this item is because mine crashed and got stuck in the “reboot loop “ and I had to send it to somebody that has a computer to fix it and now I’m waiting to get it back so that’s why I don’t. But after I get it back, we will see if I change my mind

Nothing to do with the quality of this product but I had to return it because one of my hands has nerve damage that makes it difficult for me to easily hold the iPad in the manner that it is most commonly held. That aside, I was very impressed by the processing speed, appearance and sturdy feel. I bought it while it was on sale for $274 marked down from $349 for the 128GB model. A savings significant enough to either pocket the savings or buy the Apple Care Plus coverage, which I recommend as an owner of Apple products for years, and still save $6 off of the $349 full retail price.

This replaced my IPad 9 with only 32g of storage so needed more. The Ipad 16 has 128g so will do just fine for me. Battery also lasts the day and 9 a few hours. Faster and speaker better. Like they replaced power cord with C type connection, however not sure why they removed the headphone jack. You can buy an attached but why?? Price was great and it's an Ipad so no complaints.

Working on getting everyone in the family an iPad. No matter what every time I buy and off brand tablet it stops working after a years use. The iPads last me about a decade before the software upgrades become an issue. My son uses the iPad for fun. My daughter uses the iPad for school. I will be using it for notetaking and work when I get mine this month. So far I have 2 of these iPads.

I purchased this for my 13 year old granddaughter. I guess everything is going well. I have not seen nor heard from her for days now since receiving the iPad. Her parents tell me all they hear is laughter in her room while playing games with her school friends via the iPad. I did get a hug and a kiss when she received it. Made my day.

Very good product for your day-to-day work, such as emails, note and even Excel files. Easy to use, new is you don't have this button for the fingerprints anymore, you need to get use to put your finger now on the side button. The price I got it for was OK, considered it was new. The packaging was very sturdy so that no damage occurs. Also, you can, and I did extend the A16 with a keyboard and a mouse so you have a little laptop . I like it.
