I'm having a tough time resetting my pass code

This ipad was good until the IOS26 update. Now its doing what it wants and it keeps locking up.

Have not used. Price dropped from $299 to $279. Can I get the price of $299

It runs very slow things take longer then it should to load

Bought to replace a Kindle tablet. Much better product.
