I have been looking for a comfortable mattress set for months and I love my Serta Perfect sleeper. I needed something that was firm but also comfortable and I lovvvveeeeee them. I must brag about the mattress because I'm actually sleeping longer and wake up feeling so refreshed in the morning. Also, the mattress is so beautiful to me. I can say that I will must definitely purchase more of these mattresses for my other bedrooms. I just can't keep my daughter out my bed now. If you want to sleep longer, with no backaches and want to feel amazing when waking up please run now and purchase this mattress. You will not regret it, I'm absolutely in love.

Box spring of Serta Perfect Sleeper Baymist Cushion Firm Pillowtop Queen is a bunch of wire meandering the inside of the "box". It squeaks every time me or my wife changes position. Horrible. I remember when box springs were actually springs. Very cheaply made. We are thinking about returning.

Received my mattress set today. We haven't slept on it yet but it appears to be as described. However, my mattress was delivered dirty and had a snag in it. I watched the delivery truck drivers remove it from the plastic so I know it wasn't anything they did. It had to have come from the factory dirty. Not happy.

My husband had a fit when I told him I bought a mattress on line. However after sleeping on the Serta Perfect Sleeper Baymist the first night he slept two hours later than he usually does. I really love the mattress too. So comfortable, so well made. Delivery was exactly as promised and the delivery guys were fantastic. Very pleased with this purchase.

Our family couldn't be happier with this mattress! Its very good quality, comfortable and well worth the money. The customer service was amazing! They communicated with us from the moment of purchase and right up to delivery! I would highly recommend!

Purchased in May 2020, arrived in June 2020. First couple of weeks were fine. I started to notice a small rise in the middle of the bed about the one month mark. We rotated the mattress hoping that would help. NOPE. It's been four months. Several rotations, about weekly now, the hump is much worse. I feel like I have to climb a mountain to go see my husband at night....ugh.

Bought this Memorial Day weekend in 2019 for my kids. It started sqeaking pretty bad a couple months ago. After getting tired of the squeaking, I began to try and find the source. A piece of wood in the foundation is broken. And it's broken right at a knot, so it's easy to tell it's cheap materials in the foundation. Getting ready to return it and exchange.

I wanted to wait before I reviewed these mattresses. It's been a year since I purchase them and I have constantly rotated this mattress around since you can not flip them. At first they were fine but now there is a sunken place where I have laid for the last year. I don't know how much longer they will last but to me, it's a waste of money. I purchase these because at the time they had all good reviews and I would have given them one as well if I hadn't waited. The way it looks, I will probably be looking for new mattresses within the next year. They don't make them like they use too.

I bought this mattress at the end of the year last year. Worst mistake I have ever made it is like sleepy on a pc of plywood. I bought a expensive 4" topper and it is still too hard sams should be ashamed of thereselves for selling something like this. I like firm beds but not hard as a rock beds. If there would be some how to get rid of this thing I would....

Excellent mattress. It is a firm -but not hard- mattress. Very similar to Cabana Bay mattress we had in Orlando. We added our 4 inch mattress topper from Serra that we used on our other mattress and it is Perfect. Last night was the first in years that my lower back did NOT hurt when I got out of bed. This was a great buy. If it changes I will post!
