Purchased in May 2020, arrived in June 2020. First couple of weeks were fine. I started to notice a small rise in the middle of the bed about the one month mark. We rotated the mattress hoping that would help. NOPE. It's been four months. Several rotations, about weekly now, the hump is much worse. I feel like I have to climb a mountain to go see my husband at night....ugh.

I wanted to wait before I reviewed these mattresses. It's been a year since I purchase them and I have constantly rotated this mattress around since you can not flip them. At first they were fine but now there is a sunken place where I have laid for the last year. I don't know how much longer they will last but to me, it's a waste of money. I purchase these because at the time they had all good reviews and I would have given them one as well if I hadn't waited. The way it looks, I will probably be looking for new mattresses within the next year. They don't make them like they use too.

Excellent mattress. It is a firm -but not hard- mattress. Very similar to Cabana Bay mattress we had in Orlando. We added our 4 inch mattress topper from Serra that we used on our other mattress and it is Perfect. Last night was the first in years that my lower back did NOT hurt when I got out of bed. This was a great buy. If it changes I will post!

I bought this mattress for my Dad for Father's Day (2021) Not only did it take forever to receive, after a promise date of May 25th, he received it in July. After having this mattress for only 60 days it's already sagging. The actual imprint of my dads body (which is 160 lbs) can be seen in the mattress. My wife and I sleep together, after a year and a half, the mattress developed a sinkhole. Both of us wake up aching all over. The mattress is rotated once a month and for about a year we slept on another bed since it is not firm. The mattress is very soft and we would like to know how to solve this problem. We bought this in 2019.

I bought this mattress at the end of the year last year. Worst mistake I have ever made it is like sleepy on a pc of plywood. I bought a expensive 4" topper and it is still too hard sams should be ashamed of thereselves for selling something like this. I like firm beds but not hard as a rock beds. If there would be some how to get rid of this thing I would....

ABSOLUTE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!! We waited A MONTH for delivery! No notice it was arriving as promised. I was sent 7 different messages for different delivery dates and times. I had to miss work. My husband had to miss work. Not arrived as promised. Finally after having to call and complain I received my order. No notice it was coming as I was told I would know. When it arrived, the package was torn open and it was filthy with deep dirt from the delivery truck. Absolutely disgusting experience with Sams club. I felt so bad for the delivery drivers. They had no AC in the delivery truck during this terrible summer heat. I tipped them both and gave them cold soda and bottled water. I'm so disappointed in Sams Club and Serta. I won't ever ever ever again order anything from Sams club or buy a Serta product again.

Purchased this mattress set during the Memorial Day sale because we were in need of a new mattress. We were pleased with the purchase and delivery. My husband loves the firmness as he's been sleeping well. On the other hand, this bed is too firm for me as I toss and turn throughout the night, although, I found a remedy.

My husband had a fit when I told him I bought a mattress on line. However after sleeping on the Serta Perfect Sleeper Baymist the first night he slept two hours later than he usually does. I really love the mattress too. So comfortable, so well made. Delivery was exactly as promised and the delivery guys were fantastic. Very pleased with this purchase.

My mom brought three full size, all of them are so comfortable. I got a king and it's the same exact bed it feels like a box with dry wall, I'm so sad about this because I spent almost $800 and it hard asl. I'm ordering a mattress top hoping it help but this is complete bs!!!!!
