We now have 2 of these in 2 separate bedrooms and love them. Nice firmness and good quality.

Good quality firm mattress.

Not as firm as I expected, but you get what you pay for yes I would recommend this product.

I bought this 2 weeks ago. Going back as it isnt firm and has divots already.

Came with a dip in the middle

This bed is advertised as ‘Firm'.  After 3 weeks, the bed is anything but firm. The edges are soft, the bed sucks you in, and although the bed is evenly supporting, the bed is NOT firm and the bed has no edge support. After laying in one position for a awhile, I feel my self pulling out of a hole. If I could return it, I would.  If you are accustomed to a firm or extra firm bed, this is not what you want.

So far so good - we have only used it four nights so far!  The mattress is much "softer: than we expected a firm mattress to be, so we were doubtful at first.  However, I must say we have been sleeping well and wake up without any aches or pains. The pillowtop conforms to your body and seems to fluff back up - we are anxious to see how it holds up long term.  It is not what we were expecting (we thought it would be "firmer"), but perhaps it is actually what we need!
