5 star pickup and delivery. They showed up and did their job on time! Love our new mattress~~Sleeping like a baby on it!

I am enjoying the mattress and low profile box spring so far. No problems, very cool and comfortable. However, delivery was a month late!

Have been sleeping on for 2 weeks and this mattress is so comfortable and supportive I can finally sleep through the night pain free.

I got my Serta Perfect Sleeper Baymist Cushion Firm Pillowtop King Mattress Set few weeks ago, Few days of usage was wonderful. Good quality !

It is comfortable and soft I had already bought it three years ago and now I just bought another for my daughter

Somewhat skeptical as we had a Sterns and Foster. The Serra just plain sleeps better. Had a gel pad on the old mattress, no need for it now.

I love Serta mattress, I bought three for three bedrooms 9" box spring was free at Sam's club great price, great store.

Nice bed, was a little disappointed in how long it took to receive it though, but we love the bed very comfortable does not hurt my pressure points.

I have a bad back and neck and this mattress makes it for a very restful sleep!! My wife loves it also but she can sleep anywhere!!

It's a little too firm:( I ordered a foam mattress, hopefully it will help. Beautiful Mattres though and great customer service.
