Excellent mattress

I've had the bed about 20 days now and it sleeps pretty good firm but medium to soft I think I can get use to it.

bought about month ago think about bring back ,  said it was firm it  is not .  nlce mattress  but not firm

We researched what mattresses would be best for us, And ordered this one without even testing it. And it is perfect we are loving the mattress!

Sound sleeper

This bed is not firm. It's great if u like to sink in and roll towards the middle! Order it as a firm bed. Hate to see what the other beds are.

Dont order it for the firmness.

Great mattress especially with the tech discount that was offered when I purchased. Just keep in mind delivery takes a while, order early.

Great comfort

You sink way down in the mattress.  It's comfy, but I struggle to get out of it unless I sleep on the very edge.

Very comfy, but....

I have had this bed for about 2 weeks and I have slept great! I recommend this bed to anyone who wants a good nights rest.

VERY Comfortable!

This bed is advertised as ‘Firm'.  After 3 weeks, the bed is anything but firm. The edges are soft, the bed sucks you in, and although the bed is evenly supporting, the bed is NOT firm and the bed has no edge support. After laying in one position for a awhile, I feel my self pulling out of a hole. If I could return it, I would.  If you are accustomed to a firm or extra firm bed, this is not what you want.

Not firm, the pillow top is as advertised

So far so good - we have only used it four nights so far!  The mattress is much "softer: than we expected a firm mattress to be, so we were doubtful at first.  However, I must say we have been sleeping well and wake up without any aches or pains. The pillowtop conforms to your body and seems to fluff back up - we are anxious to see how it holds up long term.  It is not what we were expecting (we thought it would be "firmer"), but perhaps it is actually what we need!
