I have had this Range for about a month now and love all the great features. The cook top is really easy to keep clean and the air fryer does it's job great!. It cooks with even heat and does not seem to have "hot spots" like my old range did. The only drawback if there is one is that you have to purchase the Air fry tray seperately which I did, but for the price of this Range I really think this should be included..Other than that the Range is wonderful!
OK-'Ish'-expect repairs
Bought this 2 years ago and bake element has gone- doesn't hold temperature. It is internal through the back and insulation so the fix requires a bit of work. The cook top is extremely hard to clean because of the grooves- manual scraping and chemical cleaners required. Everything else is pretty good. We had previous LG appliances 10 years ago that lasted for years-sold with house. This is our 2nd LG appliance to need repairs c/in 2-3 yrs- Fridge drawer slide broke and air compressor went. But waaaay better than the Samsung Range that cooked itself while self cleaning!
Broken twice within 2 years - poor quality
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Digital panel in front stopped working a few months after purchase. Of course it was fixed/replaced under warranty. Now two years later, with the range out of warranty, the panel fails again. Too expensive to have this shotty quality.

Love all the features - keeping top clean..?
I love my new range that I purchased a month ago for all the features it comes with and it is very stylish as well. My only issue, with a small "i", is that keeping the top clean can be a challenge. Nobody cooks without spill or spray. Its a black surface so what should I expect, right? Even with the recommended ceramic cleaner I still find it difficult to get the "spill rings" cleaned off. I wanted this so I will continue putting in the cleaning work!
Crappy Stove
While the cook top works as expected the oven is a total piece of crap. Temperature swings of over 100 degrees C. it takes forever to get up to temperature and the it is wrong with an external thermometer. Technician says this is energy saving feature, how can it be an engergy saving feature if you have to wait 30 mins. to warm up a precooked meal. I make pizza from scratch and it gets burnt on the top and the bottom is raw and this takes over an hour when in the old stove it took 25 mins start to eat.....

Dangerous issues
I'm very disappointed with this stove. 1. The red light showing a burner is on doesn't indicate which burner. 2. The red light that shows the stove top is hot doesn't indicate where. 3. The oven racks tilt downward when pulled out with a pot or broiler grill is on them. They slide toward the door and could fall on the glass door if you aren't able to hold the pot with one hand - very precarious situation. See photo and look at the tilt on the inside wall. 4. The enamel in the oven is chipped, never had this happen over many years and many stoves. Cheap material. The company sent a touch up pen for me to use on it. 5. Stovetop seems to scratch beneath the surface of the glass. It's so strange and a nuisance to clean.

Great features, has everything I need!
Bought this from a new owner of a model home. Front two burners had stuff burned on, but oven was never used. I love it. As a stand alone it slid into my 30” range slot beautifully. Matches my kitchen as though it was made for it. The proof button raises bread and rolls evenly. The front left burner has 2 different pans size rings.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had my new range for 12 days and am enjoying getting to know its features. The burner variety is great. Convection bake made a great batch of brownies. Air-fry is new to me, but the setting produced good results fast when I tried it last night. We had a couple of hiccups at delivery when nobody noticed one grate was cracked and the griddle was missing, but after a call, a replacement grate and the griddle were delivered within a few days. The light-up burner knobs are a nice feature to prevent leaving a burner lit unintentionally, but the ring of light is so bright that it's hard to see the words on the knob. No matter, I'm confident I'll enjoy using this range and it looks great with my LG fridge.
Multiple failures within 3 years
Multiple failures within the first 3 years, but beyond (of course) the mfgr warranty. The number display failed within the first 2 years, and one of the stovetop burners failed on Xmas Eve, a little more than 3 years after buying this product. It is absurd that a major kitchen appliance starts to fail within 2 years. Totally unacceptable. Won't be buying LG kitchen appliances ever again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The customer service has been great. We have had to have LG come to our home twice. Since we bought the stove. I have had to have the repair man come out twice. I'm a older person I'm having a hard time seeing where the Hi and Low and witch burner section it is on. LG should have used White lettering. Not sure I'm happy with the oven. Have had problems with the heat. Our LG service person came today so we will see. Has a lot of fetchers on it. Try again to see if it works right.
