However, the oven was supposed to come with a pressurized spray bottle, scrapper, and a sponge, but they were omitted. It's not a big deal. We can go out and buy them all, but if you advertise that they are included, you should make sure they are shipped with the unit.

This is the second lg stove we have owned. This first one was a propane double oven stove. We had that for 8 years until we moved. The only complaint I had with that was the numbers started coming off within a year. The electric one we have now is total junk. The oven is never accurate. It can be set at 375 and will sometimes go up to 450. I constantly have to use an oven thermometer. Today I noticed the enamel in the oven is flaking off. This range isn’t even 1 1/2 years old. It also has two knobs the numbers have started come off. Never again will I own an lg product.

Just received my new stove and tested it like it says to do. All seemed fine until i went to unlock the oven via the clear/ off press for 3 seconds. It locked just fine after a 3 second push. went to unlock the same way and it will not unlock and makes a rattling/ crinkling sound. after multiple presses if finally unlocks and noise stops. Retried steps and happened again. Not happy at all. Looking into anything that will tell me if this is defective or not . Too soon to rate , reason for 1 star.

If LG dares to remove this review, I'll make sure it's plastered across other major retail platforms. This oven is an absolute disappointment! Gone is the lower bake element, leaving me with a mere fan and the broiler/top element to do the job. My decades-old oven outperforms this fancy piece of junk any day! Macarons are overbrowning, pizzas are unevenly cooked—crust done too soon while the center remains raw. Cheese? Forget about it—it's a one-way ticket to burnt town! I conducted a meticulous temperature test, placing a professional thermometer dead center, set to 350°. For two excruciating hours, it clung to that temperature like it had something to prove. Well, what it proved was that this oven's reliance on the top broiler element is torching my culinary dreams! How on earth did LG think axing the bottom element was a stroke of genius? This "appliance" is nothing short of a disaster!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have only had the stove for 3 weeks and we love it. Just now realizing most of the settings. So glad that we purchased it and didn't know that it was on sale. Actually paid less and than we budgeted for. Great deal, great product.

When it works it works OK. Takes FOREVER to heat up. I literally have NEVER seen an oven that takes this long to heat up. Set it to 350 and walk away, it'll be 20 minutes or more before it's up to temp. 3 years in and the display already gave out. No idea how much time left to cook etc. A grand for three years of a working oven that takes 20 minutes to heat up? Don't waste your time. Get something else.

Bought the stove 8 months ago. Here are so many problems: 1. We baby the glass top and still it disfigures a lot when used. Takes forever to remove the least little stains. Some teeny stains won't come out, permanently marred from only gentle careful use. 2. Burners cycle sporadically. Gets real hot, turn it down only a few notches and it turns off. Turn it up a few notches, doesn't' heat- turn it up a few more, still doesn't heat- crank it all the way to high and slowly gets real hot again. 3. frying an egg- shoots up to high temp but not as fast as you'd think. Turn it down to slowly fry egg without scorching and it just goes to no heat. nothing in between 4. It has convection and regular baking. Set it to regular baking at 350. Things don't cook thoroughly, so is the thermostat off? Our old stoves always cooked the recipes in exactly the time given. 5. Shallow pan under the oven can only hold a couple fry pans. 6. Timer buttons are horrible. Push it in and it ticks up a few seconds then it speed jumps in 10 second increments that can't be controlled. So you have to overshoot your time then slowly back down second by second. 7. Timer buttons stiff. Takes a lot of finger pressure 8. Wife wants to use protection plan to replace it with one that doesn't have a defective glass top. But will that happen? If its bad engineering and design, we'll just get a new stove with the same problems. 9. Wish we had bought a different brand but salesperson said LG was the most reliable.

I tried the air fryer mode once, but after poor results, I read you need a special oven fryer tray which was not included with the oven. I really feel this should be included as you can’t use the feature without it! The part of the oven I am most disappointed in is the stove top. My last oven also had a glass stove top and was so easy to clean. This stove top is impossible! If I just clean it without the white paste, the top is embarrassing! So every time I use it, I need to use the paste. What a disappointment!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love how this stove works period. The air fryer is amazing! I made my first turkey in the oven and it turned out so moist and delicious. The burners warm up pretty fast. I have the glass top! I am just enjoying this stove overall!!
