Just moved into a house with this stove. It’s the worst. I’m making a turkey and it’s taking sooo long and convection turns your temp below what you set it for. When I baste it the oven beeps at me like yes you stupid piece of metal I know the door is open, I’m basting a turkey!! And when I pull the rack out to reach the turkey it scratched the whole side of the oven inside!! Stove top is a joke there are so many settings and I just wanna know what’s low and what’s high. Flat stove top works poorly as well. Buy a gas stove and save yourself some major headaches!!

While the cook top works as expected the oven is a total piece of crap. Temperature swings of over 100 degrees C. it takes forever to get up to temperature and the it is wrong with an external thermometer. Technician says this is energy saving feature, how can it be an engergy saving feature if you have to wait 30 mins. to warm up a precooked meal. I make pizza from scratch and it gets burnt on the top and the bottom is raw and this takes over an hour when in the old stove it took 25 mins start to eat.....

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had this oven installed a few months ago, and just love it. It is so well made, it does generate a lot of heat on the outside so it will not heat up the room while cooking. An important feature when you live in a warm climate.

I purchased this range in October 2021 but I did not purchase the extended warranty. Just after one year in November 2022 I started getting a roasting smell when I use the oven, I gave it sometime hoping maybe it's some oil or food that's spilled somewhere. But it did not go away. And this is a smell that takes over the entire house and is very strong. I had somethings going on and I eventually contacted LG in May 2023 and told them there is a smell that's coming and it's like something is getting roasted and it's only coming from the oven and when it gets heated and I don't have any issues with the cooktop. LG was nice enough to send a technician and checked and said some part is getting heated up said he will order it and came again and fixed it however the smell still didn't go away. He came thrice to check what the problem is but couldn't figure out. Then I contacted LG again and they sent a second contractor to take a look he also took a look and checked everything and concluded that we have an unfixable problem with the stove. This is the first time I am hearing about an unfixable problem that means even if we were willing to pay for it you cannot fix it and one would think an. LG appliance would be good for at least few years and getting extended warranty is an option. So my recommendation is if you can't afford the extended warranty don't bother buying because you might also end up with an unfixable problem like me and be stuck with an oven you can no longer use. It's very disappointing.

I have Range model LREL 6325, Serial # 008MMNTOE007.Control panel was regularly cleaned after every cooking and finally after five years black marks around the knobs are erased and disappear. So, now is not possible to properly adjust a heat on each element. I can not see any way to repair this mistake so, I am asking you to send me a new stainless steel panel. I could not attached a photos because is tricky. Thank you Brian

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The customer service has been great. We have had to have LG come to our home twice. Since we bought the stove. I have had to have the repair man come out twice. I'm a older person I'm having a hard time seeing where the Hi and Low and witch burner section it is on. LG should have used White lettering. Not sure I'm happy with the oven. Have had problems with the heat. Our LG service person came today so we will see. Has a lot of fetchers on it. Try again to see if it works right.

Though overall looks for this range would be a "5", I'm giving it a 3. I realize it takes a while to get used to a new range when you have had another for several years. However, after just a few months and many boil-overs, I found that the left front "quick boil" burner would not always lower it's temperature when turned down. I've had to call in someone to fix it as it was surely a fire hazard. Another inconvenience is the different sizes of the burners. They seem to be either too large or too small for normal cookware. Hence you are either wasting heat or not covering the full service area of you pot or pan. The biggest inconvenience has been the lack of lights indicating which burner is still hot. There is only one light for all 5 burners to indicate a burner is on and one to indicate when it is still hot, but no indication for which burner. I find this to be very dangerous as it is guess work as to where the heat is on your stovetop. The oven is beautiful and very large. Yet, I'm not so sure about the evenness of the cooking. I'm still out on that one and need more time to experiment. I definitely cooks hotter than my last oven.

I bought this unit in Dec 2021, the two front burners would not stay on, after 3 service calls and 4 months LG replaced the unit. The new unit has a slightly different control panel but again the two front burners (double and triple ring) are problematic. The knob needs to be set exactly to high for the burners to stay on but does not click into place! Yesterday I tried doing some canning and the burners would not stay on and achieve the boil needed, I'm not sure if my batch of pickles will be any good :( LG knows there is a problem with the control panel on this unit 6325 (confirmed by the repair tech) thus the redesign, but its still not good. If you like to cook stay away from this unit, when working its marginal at best.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Absolutely love this stove!! It has so many useful features. The ultra boil burner brings your water to a boil in about 2 minutes. It’s great for cooking large meals. Oven is huge. Very well designed and great quality!

First of all, I really love this range. It is fairly straightforward to use and so far works beautifully.. The only reason I am giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is that it rings and I can't figure out why. Also, I think the glass top is harder to clean than other ranges that I have had. Not a big deal. I have to say that sometimes when I'm in the kitchen I just have to open the oven door to look at the amazing blue oven! It's really beautiful. I'm very happy with it and I'll figure out the ringing......
