BEWARE OF CRAFT ICE

We do not own this product but purchased a predecessor craft ice LG refrigerator. Every six months our craft ice failed. For a time, LG repaired the craft ice maker - first by sending someone to fix it but eventually just sending a replacement ice maker. After the 6th or so replacement, LG decided the product was out warranty. Watch out for LG’s craft ice and bad support.
