Purchased the LG ThinQ refrigerator counter depth with craft ice and we are so glad we did. Works as described and has plenty of room for our needs. The craft ice balls are perfectly sized and cubed and crushed ice is great as well. Highly recommend.

The shelves are not able to be split and moved, the shelves on door are extremely narrow and we were under the impression that I could get cubes instead of the craft "balls" ice, in bottom ice maker. Found out, not true, cubes in top only. The craft ice takes all day for 6 the size of golf balls!

I bought this refrigerator along with an LG washer and dryer as part of furnishing my new home. The appliance looks great and the advertised stainless steel finish does nor show fingerprints. It says clean and smudge free. The issue I have and have had since I bought it is the fact that it stops making ice all the time. I end up having to buy bags of ice any time I plan on having more than just the immediate family over. I use the button for extra ice but it doesn't help. It's like the ice maker freezes up and won't release the cubes.

It came with a craft ice maker not knowing if we would really use it, but now having used it, we absolutely love this feature. We get compliments on the looks of it often.

After that, it still does not work, the repair man has been to my home three times, and it is now May, and I've had a fridge full of food spoil and it is still not working! Im so upset and REGRET buying this fridge.

I have owned this refrigerator since 2/22. Love the features the half door, and the look. Unfortunately we have had major issues with the craft ice maker. The original one stopped working in January of this year and the one I bought to replace it ( from the store we purchased ALL of our LG appliances from ) just died on us. Hopefully we can get this issue resolved. Honestly love this fridge.

I like the fact that I can reach everything in the back of the shelves, food isn't getting lost. However, I hate the freezer. The craft ice is a waste of space, the drawers don't open all the way and it's hard to put food in and take out of the freezer. I have disabled the craft ice to allow for storage, but, the ice maker is in the way of storage.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This refrigerator has more useable space than our previous larger unit. Ice production is a little slow but having 2 ice makers helps. One small ding in the finish already which can't be touched up or buffed out because of the type of material. It is not any quieter than our old one but it is only noticable in the quiet of the night.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is a lovely appliance. I like the door in door feature. The fold away shelf is also a nice feature for tall bottles. It cleans up beautifully, and has literally no finger prints. The door pockets are not very deep but that is probably because mine is counter depth. I love the square ice cubes and it make plenty of ice for a family of 2. The craft ice is nice. Three of those in a yeti cup will last 3 days. They are about 1.5" round cubes. When the bin is empty of ice it is a little loud when it dumps, other than that you would not know it is running. Very Very Quite. Of course my favorite feature is the middle drawer that has it's own temperature setting. It can go from not too cold to a freezer in less than an hour. This model is quite expensive but most are that are full of features like this one.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I would give it definitely a 4.5, the problem was the craft icemaker died. But they did send a new icemaker for me to install. It was was easy to do but hard for older people to bend and do things that you need to do to get it installed. Lucky my wife is small and flexible, she was able to help with installing because I am too big to get down in there. That is the only reason I give it a 4.5. It is a wonderful refrigerator with middle compartment to use as arefrigerator or freezer and the front door where you can open just the front half for drinks and I love the 3” round ice cube balls.
