Great picture, lousy OS

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Other than the Tizen OS I like the TV The OS is less than intuitive. Maybe partially remote navigation. It's not horrible but, sometimes it doesn't do what is expected.

The Tv will only connect to wifi once, there is a serious issue from Samsung. If you update your router it will not reconnect Wi-Fi. I own two other Samsung TVs. This is the only one with that issue. I think I’m gonna take it back.

Keep the TV within 50 feet of your modem or router and reduce interference from other devices or walls.<br />2. Power cycle your TV and router by unplugging both for 30 seconds, then plugging them back in.<br />3. If you&#39;re using an Ethernet cable, verify it&#39;s functional. If using Wi-Fi, move the router closer to the TV.<br />4. Run a Smart Hub Connection Test: Settings &gt; Support &gt; Device Care &gt; Self Diagnosis &gt; Smart Hub Connection Test<br />5. Also check: Settings &gt; Support &gt; Device Care &gt; Self Diagnosis &gt; Wi-Fi<br />6. Wonderful upgrade!

Horrible AirPlay connection and poor remote.

Remote stopped working suddenly and is fully charged. Apple AirPlay doesn't work despite doing all suggestions provided. This TV is only one month old.
