However, i can turn it off and on via my Alexa echo dot & show. Would opt for a different brand if i could go back.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The vibrancy and resolution of the screen Is Absolutely amazing! Even under 50 inches I Philly immersed and whatever I'm watching. The AI aspect I was in candy and performs with great accuracy. Brightness and contrast are easy to find and control but truly the pre-sets already take care of that… I love my Samsung TV!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my new TV super bright the images are really sharp and clear the only thing that I haven't gotten used to is the remote but but simplified and doesn't require batteries which is a step up from the previous model I had. Would definitely buy again.

The TV was shipped to us and arrived with a damaged screen. It had two cracks at the top and side. The screen was also loose and appeared to be poorly assembled. The box was damaged in two places. We returned it with not even trying to hook it up. We went to Sam's Club and bought a better Samsung for $200 more making sure the box was not damaged. Five hours later we are watching our beautiful new TV.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Easy to install, great picture (much improved soccer viewing) but controls are not intuitive. The onscreen menu bare is clunky and frustrating. Using it with a soundbar so no problems there. Overall an excellent purchase and very happy with image and performance.

I gad to stumble though different menus to accomplish what I wanted and even that was sort of an “accidental” setting that I wanted. I have 3 other Samsung TV's in my possession which have functioned without fault so far. The oldest one being 7 years old. RLC

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my second Samsung TV I have purchased. My first Samsung TV was purchased almost 15 years ago. What I will say is the picture quality is equivalent. Not better but the same. And considering I thought the picture of my 15-year-old TV was perfectly adequate then the same is attributed to this TV. I was just a little surprised that it wasn't noticeably better. But consistency is a good thing. The sound from the TV is acceptable. My biggest complaint is about the remote. It's incredibly difficult to figure it out. And there was very little information given about how to use it. I've had the TV for a month and I still don't know how to turn on close captions, or how to return to a recently viewed channel. Of course I can go online and find the info but it's pretty annoying that the remote is not intuitive. Kudos to Samsung for making a consistently good product. But please rethink the remote design and or providing better instructions.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The color, brightness, and clarity on this TV is fantastic! We have a well lit living room and we haven't had any issues with glare on the TV. I would highly recommended it to anyone. We did have a small issue with our remote not working that took us awhile to get replaced under warranty but once we received the new one we haven't had any issues.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Never thought a QLED4K TV would ever make such an impact on me. The screen just pops ! I bought this TV to replace a 6yr old Samsung LED that was a workhorse for me however has seen better days. There was really no functional issues except there was this ever slowly gaining black shadow that took over half the screen. My new TV has increased my interest of viewing my favorite HD shows due to the vivid colors and natural tones. The audio is pretty good as well. The ease of installation was great. The apps worked after a software update and then after I was in business. Great price and the Samsung name gave me insurance for another 6years or more. A DEFINITE BUY. NO REGRETS!

It might also not hit its mark ( ear buds ) but this t.v is fantastic. The color the picture the interface the extra lil channels you get just by having the t.v very nice.
