Nice tv.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The brightness is pretty good, i would say about 9/10. The color is really nice 10/10. The contrast i would say is a bit lower because of the black so i would rate it about 8 out of 10. The interface gives me all the hdmi and usb plus antenna connection i need so i would say 10/10. Now for the resolution I'm not so sure about the motion blur that i see a lot of. It is better than my older Samsung tv but i would think by now they would have true, real, 240 motion instead of the same old 120 motion. We can fly to mars but we cant get real 240 motion on a great brand like Samsung. I have my phone and watch that are Samsung also i am very happy with but like the tvs they are needing a new face-lift and software change.

Blue Tooth issue

Blue Tooth issue: I purchased two Blue Tooth headphones so either or both my wife and I can watch TV and not disturb the other or others in the house. But, the Blue tooth connection process is a Pain each time. I would hope that once the headphones are paired with the TV they would automatically connect. But, I must respond for the 2nd Headphone to select I want it connected too. Also, the prompt to connect is always in the upper left corner and get hidden at times.

Ramjet, We appreciate your feedback on Bluetooth connectivity. Please note that some settings, such as Bluetooth, are designed to function on demand. When the TV powers off, the Bluetooth device will disconnect and won’t automatically reconnect. You’ll need to manually pair the device again when you want to use it. Unparalleled product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this tv. Ive never had anything happen with it. The brightness and resolution are un matched in the other 3 tvs in the house. The user interface is easy to use. Id absolutely recommend and repurchase this product!

The vibrancy NEVER disappoints

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] first and foremost let me start by saying that this is my 5th Samsung LED/QLED TV ranging from 55 to 75 inches. Every time I have an opportunity to help or suggest a product to a family member, co worker or friend I NEVER hesitate to recommend them to go "Samsung"! I always boast on the color vibrancy, resolution of the picture quality and the brightness to contrast ratio and the color reproduction accuracy! With a decade plus of Samsung products i stand FIRMLY behind this brand from T.V.'s to phones!

Great features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If you’re looking to upgrade your home theater without taking up an entire wall, the 50" Class QLED Q7FD is a serious contender. After spending some time with it, it’s clear that this isn't just another mid-range screen; it’s a high-performance hub that punches well above its weight class

Great TV, remote not so much

I upgraded to the Q7FD from a 17 year old Samsung 52” which was still in perfect condition. The tv itself is great but the remote is horrible. It’s so small you can barely read the few words on it, no backlight, on button controls several functions and it’s solar. I don’t want to learn it so I’m purchasing a universal remote

Excellent TV and interface for the pricepoint

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The product was relatively easy to setup and stands were east to install. A user friendly software and for the price i think it's very intuitive. it handles bright areas well glare is reduced comparatively and the contrast in situations I've experienced are good. compared to other 4k resolution Tvs at I think it beats the completion. screens vibrant highly reccomend this product as a entry level tv.

Great overall TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This has been a great TV. Very easy setup and very intuitive controls. I love the remote, it is useful and well thought out. I never have to charge it because of the solar cell on it! The speaker is great and I feel no need for anything louder. The colors ar vibrant and accurate and there is no distortion in the images. Highly recommend this tv to anyone!

As good as my 15-year-old Samsung TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my second Samsung TV I have purchased. My first Samsung TV was purchased almost 15 years ago. What I will say is the picture quality is equivalent. Not better but the same. And considering I thought the picture of my 15-year-old TV was perfectly adequate then the same is attributed to this TV. I was just a little surprised that it wasn’t noticeably better. But consistency is a good thing. The sound from the TV is acceptable. My biggest complaint is about the remote. It’s incredibly difficult to figure it out. And there was very little information given about how to use it. I’ve had the TV for a month and I still don’t know how to turn on close captions, or how to return to a recently viewed channel. Of course I can go online and find the info but it’s pretty annoying that the remote is not intuitive. Kudos to Samsung for making a consistently good product. But please rethink the remote design and or providing better instructions.
