Great features.

Great TV amazing price

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The vision AI came with the TV helps to find relevant content which is great. The pictures are so clear. I replace this one from my 2019 TV. It is easy to install however the account setting part takes a bit too long. I think may people might skip it all together but I took time to do it. If it can be shorter I think that would be great. It came with solar power remote. It is a great concept. So far so good, we have been charging it by the window every day. For the TV performance side, pretty good tv, crips and clean. I was able to connect with my other account from all the streaming providers.

LOVE IT...

TV has to many features.

I have a son that stops buy twice a month and helps me figure things out. But all has been great, and the picture quality is good. it just is going to take me a while to learn how to use everything. I am not a gamer at all.

Great screen with an amazing picture

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This TV is so bright vibrant and sharp. Paired with a UHD compatible HDMI cable and a device capable of outputting UHD makes for an amazingly, bright, beautiful picture full of color and details. I am extremely happy with this purchase and can absolutely recommend this model TV to anyone looking for a great picture quality set. Also it is a very big TV, screen wise, which is so incredible.

I wish I'd never bought this TV!

I truly wish I had never bought this TV. Although it has an excellent picture and vivid colors, this Tizen operating system is terrible. I thought a Roku OS was bad but this Tizen OS is far worse and glitchy. If you backup or forward too often or cover too much time, the system will lock up or simply move backward and forward in a glitchy movement over the entire time of the program. Then I have to turn off the TV and unplug it for a few minutes to get it reset! It is maddening!! Add to that a virtually worthless remote and you have a truly exasperating combination that could have been designed by a masochist and sadist working together. I actually had to buy a Samsung universal remote to use until I could decipher some of this useless remote! The only redeeming item on the remote is a solar recharging window. No numbers at all, so in order to go to a channel, you must scroll through all of the other channels, over thee hundred on the Samsung listings! And it's even worse on subscription channels! Nope, even with the excellent picture and vivid colors, I wish I'd never bought it.

Great Tv for the price

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been really impressed with this smart TV. The picture quality is sharp and vibrant, and streaming shows or movies has never been easier. The built-in apps run smoothly, and navigating between them is quick and simple. Setup was easy right out of the box, and it connected to Wi-Fi without any issues. It’s made family movie nights and everyday watching so much more enjoyable. After months of use, I haven’t had a single problem—definitely a great upgrade for our home.

Perfect size TV for bedroom.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The legs were a little too far apart for the top of the dresser and not moveable on this size TV. We had to improvise. Also, there was no optical connection, only HDMI eARC, so we ended up buying a new soundbar that was compatible. Old optical only soundbar went in the office with an older TV. All is well now!

Having trouble with my TV after up grade

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The problem is that after the up grade I am having trouble with it when I try getting back on Sectrum Cable here in Texas. I have to go through three different t steps to get it where I can watch or lesson to music. I have tried different ways to change it. I just don’t like to your techs due I can not understand them.
