Issues are nonexistent with set, just with the user's unfamiliarity with all the different options 😅 My favorite is the easy to access my favorite channels/networks/apps! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I need to connect a streaming device to the TV for my hearing aids. Because this TV only has HDMI ports I am unable to do it. I tried multiple connections with the assistance of tech advisors but to no avail. I wound up buying Bluetooth headphones but this is far from ideal. I also do not like the features of the TV, the way it starts up and how I have not been able to change it. I wish I never got this TV.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The picture is beautiful! Sharp and vibrant. My only issue is with the remote. It is the most POORLY designed remote I have ever used! Buttons are tiny and difficult to see and identify. The entire remote should be 50% bigger. And since most of us watch TV at night with the lights off, having the buttons back lit like my previous TV would make sense. Definitely no thought or consideration for the customer went into its design.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Recently bought my TV, after about 8 years with my old Samsung Tv, finally decided to get a new one. Never had any issues with it, hope it goes the same way with this new purchase. Picture quality is top notch. Love that I can now pair my headphones with it. Sound quality is great, I did add a small sound system for my room though (I'm a night owl so I have to let everyone else sleep) but I've never been happier knowing I can pair my headphones to it. I am and will continue to be a Samsung fan. You get more than your moneys worth.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this TV to replace the one I had in my bedroom that stopped working. I have always loved Samsung products. I think it works well in my bedroom. It takes a little getting used to the remote. It's small, and if you're used to plugging in numbers, it doesn't have that feature. You either go up or down or use the built-in TV guide. If I were to purchase it again, yes, I would.

In this case, bigger really is better—the brightness and resolution are absolutely top-notch for a screen of this size. We have a very large TV room, and the viewing angles are perfect from anywhere in the space, as well as from the adjacent open-concept room. I don't have a single negative thing to say about it. Highly recommended
