It takes 3-5 second wait before the menu actually appears. That needs to be improved big time. I had a Toshiba QLED TV which is cheaper but was blazing fast.

Bht this this is amazing I use ot for daily streaming and sometimes even gaming on my switch and you can use 4k which is soooo much better than I thought worth every penny.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Initially, very difficult to learn the controls. The remote was very UNCLEAR on how to use. I'm still leaning it after several months of owning the TV. I was not aware that I was buying two TVs, one for the Streaming Services (which I did not want and not aware that I was getting) and the real TV I wanted that allows me to watch current news, sports, etc. But figuring that out was very difficult. There were no instructions on how to separate them. It would have been better for the TV to start out being a regular "Current" channel TVs and then instructions for a buyer to know how to reach the Streaming Service TV. I've also had problems in pausing. Sometimes, I pause the TV to get behind and then when watching, going forward and skipping all the commercials. Initially, this worked fine, as my last Samsung did. But recently, it has started to jump ahead automatically. And, even when I press going backwards, when I click it current, it instead jumps forward. I resent all the commercials and want to skip them as often possible. We already pay for the Dish service and should not have to put up with their commercials.

We have Spectrum internet service hard wired/directly connected to the TV which the download speed is 400-550Mbps/Upload 21Mbps. We have NEVER experienced this on any of our previous TVs - at any given time, mainly during ANY movie - NOT just fast paced action movies, the picture goes out of synch with the lips while talking-especially when they have a group of people talking back and forth. Also, if there is a fast movement it can blur and pause on occasion. The blur is fast but noticeable. SO disappointing. If I would have been aware of this issue I never would have bought the TV.

I have always loved SAMSUNG TV's! But from now on, I'm switching to Sony. I just discovered that this TV does not have Ambient MODE, something that SAMSUNG used to provide for free! Now, you need to buy a subscription in order to have images displayed on your TV with their new ART feature. That's ridiculous! This TV is in my living room and if you don't mind having a big black screen - when entertaining for example - then I suppose it's ok. But if you want your tv to integrate as “a dynamic piece of art” in your space, you will need to pay for it! I have a 55 inch 2023 Sony in our master bedroom and it has that ambient mode where images dynamically change and cycle through. I didn't have to pay extra for that. No more SAMSUNGS for me!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the picture and the sound on the TV but I don't like that it's hard to add apps on the main page and have to search for them all the time. We watch spectrum stars in Paramount the most often and I can't add them on the main page or at least I have not figured out a way to do that. You can only delete all on your search options instead of just pick what you want delete. If I wanted to delete a movie I search for I have to delete everything including the apps and then I have to reload them so that is not convenient
