The biggest drawback is the difficulty adding apps. I have tried multiple times to add “The Chosen” app and have been unable to add it. What good is a smart tv if I cannot add apps?

Great picture!!! sounds is fantastic. I use one in my home and one in my travel trailer. it's so clear and easy to use. I honestly believe I got the best bang for my buck.

Colors are very vibrant without looking fake, and the brightness makes a big difference when watching during the day. 4K content looks super sharp, especially on streaming apps and YouTube. We upgraded from a 50” Samsung product to this and although we loved the 50”, nothing beats this picture and sharpness of this model! We had a little troubles with the remote on day 2 but easily fixable and everything has been smooth!
