This tv solves this issue even now with shifting to longer days I can enjoy my surroundings and my entertainment is crystal clear

If I could say one thing for it to be better on is the response time on the OS of the t.v. Sometimes I would like to just change the channel in less then some seconds but the little lag it has to switch menus is time consuming.

The picture quality, the brightness, the color contrast, and the resolution when you look at it it's like the movie or show your watching is literally in your front room. The new streamed lined remote is perfect and then you add the light sensor on the back which helps charge it 10/10. The interface is extremely easy to use and straight forward, especially since we've hooked our Samsung Android phones up to the TV. The ability to use AI on the screen at the touch of the remote is amazing and a feature you didn't know you needed until you have it. All in all our new Samsung 65" Class Q7FD Series 4K QLED Smart TV is a 10/10

The TV was shipped to us and arrived with a damaged screen. It had two cracks at the top and side. The screen was also loose and appeared to be poorly assembled. The box was damaged in two places. We returned it with not even trying to hook it up. We went to Sam’s Club and bought a better Samsung for $200 more making sure the box was not damaged. Five hours later we are watching our beautiful new TV.

The contrast is perfect and allows the perfect interface with the resolution settings. The brightness is automatically set to fit the room lighting and mood of the evening

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The color, brightness, and clarity on this TV is fantastic! We have a well lit living room and we haven't had any issues with glare on the TV. I would highly recommended it to anyone. We did have a small issue with our remote not working that took us awhile to get replaced under warranty but once we received the new one we haven't had any issues.

Samsung is always top notch with electronics. And, not really having to do with the company, but we chose a size that fits our home nicely.
