I purchased this tv, as it included Samsung plus for free channels. One week into owning the tv, I no loner get the Samsung Plus channels. Not a good deal.

The Tv is very good, the only bad thing is the high gloss screen. I have mine near living room windows and the glare is terrible. Does Samsung have a anti glare screen cover?

Too much samsung over control, Samsung account etc. Just to use the TV. I don't need Samsung controlling my life. TV has bad sound. I won't ever buy Samsung again

The TV is user friendly and supports all the apps for streaming with no lag. The screen is clear and the picture is very crisp. The remote is easy to use And not a very busy remote. The TV is very light and easy to set up

Great picture, easy to use and setup the guide menus are setup in a great order and very simple to change to how you want them it also has lots of user friendly features that make it all so simple to use and enjoy

We really like the appearance and overall picture quality. Navigating the technology has been a challenge. The cluster of control keys creates operator errors more than I would like but I am learning to be more careful.

Enjoy Samsung products. Easy to set up and love the quality of the picture straight out of the box. 55" TV is perfect size in the living room. TV sits very sturdy on the stands. Many features and options to watch. I recommend this model.

I’m always discovering different features in old tv didn’t have. My son in law has.a Samsung too and I’m always showing him different ways to use it. When I want to fix something, I just look it up on YouTube.

The Tv looks decent but does not behave properly. Constantly switching sources from my game system back to Tv without me touching the remote. The Tv also acts up frequently like turning off randomly and switching display settings.

I love the quality of the TV the LED on it is amazing in the sharpness of it is in the clarity to it and the performance as well it is Fast Response and never lags overall I give it a five star
