OUTSTANDING PRODUCT!

TV was delivered shattered. My bigger issue is with Sam’s Club customer service. They are the worst support team I have ever talked to. Weeks of communication only for no action to be taken. Hours on the phone. No agent ever reviews previous calls. They always promise to solve the problem and then do nothing.

Worst customer support ever

This is a very nice TV and a great value!  It is very easy to navigate to streaming channels and regular TV.  The picture is fabulous and the sound is great too. I would buy it again!
