Great picture, very clear. The Samsung TV app makes watching shows easy. The smart options are very intuitive.

Of late, my 65” seems to lock up within either the Spotify or Amazon Prime Apps, thus requiring a total reset of the tv. Oddly, it's happened twice!

I lost some apps on my tv and can't figure out how to get them back. Some things are confusing on how to use and or don't work. Otherwise a good tv.
