It's very slow clicking from app to apps. Volume is slow to respond. I had to buy another Samsung compatible remote that works allot better. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The first thing that excited me about this new Samsung TV was that it connected to my phone and I didn't have to do all that mundane configuring of the television set. By talking to my phone, the television set found the Wi-Fi and new the password and most of the things we used to have to do manually was done intelligently through what I assume was AI. The picture is incredible. I have been watching a Samsung LED high definition television from 2015 and didn't have a clue of what the resolution was for 4K.

With air tv channels AI constantly improves image even with lower signal. Internal OS and apps working fine, easy to navigate and voice control makes it more fun. Internal Web browser app it's a likeble option for me. First time into cloud gaming ,fearing latency issues with my slow internet connection but smoothness and reliability primed. Being able to pair my outdated sound bar via bluetooth seemed to increse sound quality than previous fiber Optic sound input. By the moment is good investment and increase my Family' entertainment quality.

After making the purchase and setting it all up I felt like I should have done it sooner. This TV has made enjoying context and shows way easier than before by allowing me to control everything right from my phone. Not to mention how seamless and easy it all was and how incredible the TV looks.

Why do I have to Google how to do it and Samsung doesn't have a booklet explaining the most important thing? I've had 2 computer techs who couldn't get the app loaded. Today I finally had time to play with the TV and got it loaded! Yay me!!
