The color and brightness of the TV are phenomenal. The smart features are better than other TVs that I’ve seen. I’ve owned every brand and this is by far the easiest to navigate TV that I’ve had. The ability to transform every TV into a work of art is fantastic. The responsiveness has been excellent. And the upscaling has been terrific with older content.

Will not connect to WiFi consistently. Bought different brand tv and no issues with connection. Moved Samsung to different room. Also, prefer tv that allows last input used when turning on. Important for some seniors. We’ve had Samsung for several years and been satisfied till now, that’s reason for this purchase.

I bought two tv set one 75” and a 85” the first one even my modem is very close the WiFi doesn’t work at the beginning was ok then few days after start the problem even with a hard wire it buffers less but it seems factory problem the 85 works fine so far

Recently bought my TV, after about 8 years with my old Samsung Tv, finally decided to get a new one. Never had any issues with it, hope it goes the same way with this new purchase. Picture quality is top notch. Love that I can now pair my headphones with it. Sound quality is great, I did add a small sound system for my room though (I’m a night owl so I have to let everyone else sleep) but I’ve never been happier knowing I can pair my headphones to it. I am and will continue to be a Samsung fan. You get more than your moneys worth.

The picture is amazing. That being said, after several weeks of use, I am having audio problems. Audio levels fluctuate and are accompanied by a snapping or popping sound coming through the speakers. It happens both with the TV speakers and the surround sound speakers. I've tried all the potential fixes that I've found online with no success. Should I address the problem with Samsung or Amazon?

Samsung is becoming a great TV seller! We bought this TV after working with people at the store. They told us that Samsung is among the best when it comes to brightness, contrast, and vibrancy. This is our second Samsung TV and we love it. It has all of the bells and whistles that we need and more. Recently, we were worried that it didn't have bluetooth, but we were wrong. It connected to our entertainment center just fine. Samsung has some perks as well. We are pleased with Samsung!

Love the TV. Great quality and great picture.!! However the multiview function does not work as intended and that was part of my intentions with the tv I don’t get but three options of A windows pc, a camera and SmartThings app. Fairly disappointed with it. But I’m fairly happy with the tv itself!!!

The quality of the picture is fine. The low rating is due to the speed. We have Spectrum internet service hard wired/directly connected to the TV which the download speed is 400-550Mbps/Upload 21Mbps. We have NEVER experienced this on any of our previous TVs - at any given time, mainly during ANY movie - NOT just fast paced action movies, the picture goes out of synch with the lips while talking-especially when they have a group of people talking back and forth. Also, if there is a fast movement it can blur and pause on occasion. The blur is fast but noticeable. SO disappointing. If I would have been aware of this issue I never would have bought the TV.

The TV buffers regularly usually when I am changing channels or when Spectrum sends a request to let them know that I am still watching. When i respond it buffers and I have to go to another app in order to stop the buffering. It also loses close captioning at least once per day.

I bought a Samsung TV in 2011 when it wasn’t very many apps and the internet was not built in without an attachment so I was hesitant on buying another one but I am really surprise. The color is bright and the apps are easy to use. The TV quick. It is a massive improvement.
