Love the overall design of the fridge, but I either got a lemon for a refrigerator or it is just a piece of junk. I’ve already had 6 service calls. Thank goodness it was still under warranty. Broken filter housing, broken water line, broken ice maker, freezer door not shutting, freezer frosting up….Should I go on? Be sure to buy an extended warranty, because all of these service calls were in the first year.

I am totally happy with the seeming added space I have above. I compromised by buying only a in-door water dispenser because one with ice wasn’t available as quickly as I needed one. The freezer drawer self- closes. I love it. Ice in upper level drawer is readily reached. My one issue is a gasket that tore. It was replaced during my warranty year. But The service person spoke with such a thick accent, I couldn’t understand him -or his receptionist. Overall, I am totally satisfied with my purchase.

I bought this for our new home. It is hands down the best refrigerator that I have owned. The smudge proof exterior is awesome. There is ample storage on the doors for containers of all sizes from small condiments to gallon beverage containers. The shelves are easy to clean and allows for more storage than I expected. It easily held everything I needed for my holiday meals. In the past I have needed to put overflow in the garage fridge. The freezer design makes it easy to keep things neat and visible. I thought I would miss the ice in the door option but the ice is easily accessible and really don’t miss that option. This was one of the least expensive refrigerators but is worth so much more. Great value.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Most recently (about 30 days ago) I purchased this fridge. I absolutely love the space of the fridge and the coldl water feature on the outside door. The outside cold water feature does not take away from the door space inside at all, which is absolutely wonderful. Overall, it's a wonderful fridge with a great distribution of configured spaces and obtaining uses for them; with one downfall, it needs an inside temperature reading to be made available for both the fridge and freezer temperature readings. I had to purchase a separate one to put it inside too ensure all is continually working properly all the time, at a safe temperature. Most fridges have this simple feature, which is very important. Economically, features wise, and based upon reliability reviews, from all my research, this fridge just made the most sense in making the purchase against all others. Disappointing refrigerator filter. After one filter change it no longer accepts the OEM filter. I have to modify the filter for them to fit. Ice machine is noisy. And model does not have an air filter. Water dispenser often difficult to use without spills.

The amount of space inside is amazing for our family of 5. And the water dispenser has no impact on the inside real-estate. We are very pleased with this fridge

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this refrigerator 3 weeks ago and I'm glad I did. The refrigerator is roomy and it is easy to find what you are looking for. I love the ice bin in the freezer. We always have plenty of ice and it is easy to access. It is an improvement over ice on the door. I have several LG products and never had a problem with them.

If this is the current quality of this product, then I likely will not purchase one again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] On October 30, 2023, I called and talked with a rep about repairing my refrigerator. The light is on to change the filter. I was told that a person would be to my home on November 3 between 12 and 5pm. That appointment never happened. On Friday November 3, I spoke with some who said I would see them later that day. Again, a no show.
