This fridge is now 2 years old and has worked almost flawlessly, with the exception of the light on the door water dispenser (currently not functional).  Ice maker within the bottom freezer compartment has worked without issue and makes a lot of ice ! Auto shut off works when it’s full again. Shelves and drawers are sturdy, and unit maintains steady cold temperature. I’ll give it a 5 star rating despite the non functional door light because everything else works great !

It holds plenty of tall bottles and condiments on the shelves and has room for additional items on the doors. I like having the ice on the bottom, yet having the convenience of water in the door. I would definitely recommend this refrigerator.

Great Size and Features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I shopped for a black stainless refrigerator that was large enough for my family and included a filtered water dispenser but not an external ice dispenser— I have had them in the past and hate them. Very difficult to find until I came across this LG refrigerator.  Plenty of interior refrigeration space without losing storage to a bulky ice maker. It’s quiet, spacious and exactly what I was hoping for.

Great refrigerator!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this refrigerator to replace an old side by side that had ice and water in the door.  The french doors make it so much easier to get inside without turning sideways to reach items and the bottom freezer is fantastic.  Love the ice maker in the bottom drawer and I don't have to worry about cubes dropping out of the chute onto our hardwood floor.   I was wary of the slim water dispenser but it is not a problem like I thought it would be.  Works perfect for getting a glass of water.  Has so much more storage space than any other refrigerator we have ever owned in 43 years. My only suggestion for this model is to add an additional divider in the freezer and maybe one in the top freezer drawer and one in the long vegetable/meat tray in the refrigerator part.  I highly recommend this model.  We are so happy with it.

Great Size and Easy Access

We bought this a few weeks ago and we are enjoying the slim water dispenser and the larger freezer than what we had previously. The stainless steel is easy to clean and the refrigerator is very quiet compared to our previous one. The only complaint is the shelf above the crisper drawers does not stay level when heavy items are sitting in the back.

New LG Refrigerator

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased our LG refrigerator at the end of March. So happy to have a unit that works correctly. It is easy to clean and I definitely enjoy the additional space in the fridge by eliminating the ice maker in the door. The ice in the freezer is always plentiful no need for one in the door. Unusual that the light on the water dispenser has gone out, but we are in the process of having that replaced at no charge.

Simple and sleek

We bought this fridge because of the french-door style without ice through the door.  Removing the ice distribution from the door provides a ton of extra space on that side of the fridge.  We also like that water is stored cold in the door which minimizes temperature variances in the water from the dispenser.  We are currently waiting on a repair of the dispenser light.  It stopped working after about 6 months of use.

Tons of Room

I researched and researched because if I was going to spend the money then I wanted it right. I love this fridge. It’s so roomy and so easy to clean. When it came the doors were off a bit. But they give you instructions and the tool to level them out. So far I’m very happy with this product.

For sure happened in assembly !!! Have owned Lg since early 2000's have never been so disappointed .. If not fixed will never recommend again!! Was great advocate until now.. We own two tv's , washer and dryer front load.. And bought complete appliance package ... You would think they would make it right!!!!!
