[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this fridge to matching our other appliances in our newly remodeled kitchen. First off the storage and use of space is amazing. The bottom freezer part with double storage is great especially with kids that can cook their own nuggets or corn dogs. The freezer helps keep everything organized. The fridge part has great storage and multiple ways to arrange the shelves/drawers. Gallon milk/orange juice fits perfect in doors as the storage in doors is large. The smaller large slide out drawer has been a life saver for snack items like yogurts, string cheese etc. The light in both the freezer and fridge part is very bright. I would have given this review 4-5 stars if i was given it 3 months ago. On June 20th our fridge went out and will not cool. It is under warranty however where i live no one will work on it or can work on it. It is now July 9th and still haven’t gotten it fixed or a plan in place. LG customer service has offered to replace it or refund if necessary. It’s just going through the process that is taking the longest. Overall, when working an excellent product. When not, you just have a nice discussion piece until it’s fixed.

I bought this for our new home. It is hands down the best refrigerator that I have owned. The smudge proof exterior is awesome. There is ample storage on the doors for containers of all sizes from small condiments to gallon beverage containers. The shelves are easy to clean and allows for more storage than I expected. It easily held everything I needed for my holiday meals. In the past I have needed to put overflow in the garage fridge. The freezer design makes it easy to keep things neat and visible. I thought I would miss the ice in the door option but the ice is easily accessible and really don’t miss that option. This was one of the least expensive refrigerators but is worth so much more. Great value.

I bought this refrigerator about a month ago the main reason being I no longer wanted my icemaker in the refrigerator portion of the refrigerator it takes up too much room plus has humidity problems with the icemaker freezing up This also gives so much more room in your refrigerator and in the doors storage spaces I am loving all the extra room and having the freezer and icemaker in the freezer portion

It is the most spacious home refrigerator on the market in 2022 and its inside is big indeed. It's almost two months into using it and unlike the previous ones, we could not fill it up so far with our weekly grocery in both upper and lower chambers. The slim water dispenser design is a must in our search as it frees up the entire left door inside space. It's default temperature settings work just as desired and it's quiet.

It’s been a great fridge, nice and spacious. Unfortunately less than a year in the French doors started binding. I called LG for support and they kept stating it’s “out of level” I used my level to confirm that the doors and fridge are level but still binding. Up to this date still been slamming the binding doors so they shut. Hopefully this isn’t a common issue because you won’t get much help from LG other than troubleshooting over the phone.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had the fridge for 2 weeks and so far I love it. The black stainless is beautiful. I love that you can touch it without leaving fingerprints on it. My favorite feature is the ice tray in the freezer. It’s always full.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this in July of 2023, and while it worked fine up to a point, at around 8 month, the fan broke down, and it is going on the 4th week now, and it is still waiting for a part to fix it. If this is the current quality of this product, then I likely will not purchase one again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] On October 30, 2023, I called and talked with a rep about repairing my refrigerator. The light is on to change the filter. I was told that a person would be to my home on November 3 between 12 and 5pm. That appointment never happened. On Friday November 3, I spoke with some who said I would see them later that day. Again, a no show.

I bought this fridge during a Black Friday sale and I am completely satisfied with it still 3 months later. Wonderful appliance, very sleek style, lovely LED lights inside, enormous storage space, and very easy to clean. This fridge is completely smudge proof, and holds every grocer item that I buy with ease!

This refrigerator was a last minute purchase. My 14yr old LG all of a sudden just quit working. I didn’t have time to go out and shop for a new refrigerator. I needed a replacement right away, so I went online and chose it, sight unseen! I was excited when it arrived the next day. I chose the no fingerprint exterior, which is amazing!! This is a very nice unit, exactly what I wanted with the exception of no ice in the door, but that was an option I didn’t have the money to include. It has great sized drawers and shelves inside both the refrigerator and freezer sections. Great features all around! It is also very quiet, and looks good with my stainless steel range and microwave. Thank you LG for making exceptional products!!
