[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought the refrigerator in January and are happy with most of the features of this refrigerator. The doors seem to slam easily when you close them. I don't know how you would fix that, but it does cause some irritation. We have also had problems with replacing the water filter. It should be easier than it is. We actually had to have a service man come out to put it in.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I shopped for a black stainless refrigerator that was large enough for my family and included a filtered water dispenser but not an external ice dispenser— I have had them in the past and hate them. Very difficult to find until I came across this LG refrigerator. Plenty of interior refrigeration space without losing storage to a bulky ice maker. It’s quiet, spacious and exactly what I was hoping for.

I am SO happy with everything included how I am able to arrange my jars so that they are not buried in the back corner. Visibility of each item in the frig is amazing ! ! ! The LED lighting is perfect. The freezer capacity and organization is wonderful. NO regrets ! ! ! Thank-You LG ! ! !

My wife and I bought this fridge to handle large (up to 80 people) hosting events. Wow! In comparison to previously owned fridges, this one is huge! It can hold 8 one-gallon jugs and has enough shelf space for four platters. Also, all drawers are very easy to use. They slide frictionless and have grab handles on top. We look forward to using the LG fridge for the warrant period.

I have had this refrigerator for about a month. Like all the features and especially the jug room for storage in the doors. LED lighting is great. My only complaint is how shallow the space is for the water dispenser. Makes it more difficult to fill water bottles otherwise a great product so far.

Bought an LG refrigerator 6 months previously and thought it failed but LG Support shipped another compressor just in case and immediately determined it did not need it. Ended up the refrigerator was too close to wall and simply overheated. Problem is now fixed 100%.

It runs very quiet, love the thin profile of the water dispenser, has a ton of space - everything you hope and expect from a fridge. We picked out the LG based on their solid reviews in Consumer Reports, and they've lived up to expectations.

When ice cube maker is in refrigerator, it can become a maintenance nightmare. Looks very nice, the cold water in door takes very little space.
