[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] All of these electronic settings are hard to get used to. The door "locks" in place so you cannot open it up and check how "dry" things are. Fluffs clothes very nicely - - I like all the settings, just need to get used to them.

Our new LG washer and dryer are unlike our 27 year old Maytag's ! Our clothes are cleaner and fresher smelling, the machines are easier to use, and the LG units are quieter and more efficient ( surprise, surprise) It took a while to understand how to operate them, but there was never any doubt that they're more modern, quieter, and a pleasure to use. The LG units also offer larger capacity so we are able to increase laundry load size while using the same amount of energy and water as the older machines. Also the LG units are more attractive and pleasant to look at, modern and functional with touch sensors instead of knobs and dials.

I bought this dryer a month ago and have thoroughly using it. The quick dry time and heat this dryer pushes out are great. It may take some time to get used to selecting the right setting but overall, this is a great dryer. The reason I selected 4 stars is because for the price, there should have been a light on the inside of the dryer. I also wish I could use the app like I do for the LG washer I have as this would be handy. I love that I dry a Kind size comforter almost completely with one cycle. Overall, the dryer is great!

Consumer Reports gave this LG model an excellent rating for our budget. WE found one in stock in our small city. We bought it and it was delivered and installed the next day. It a perfect match for our flawless LG dryer, the washing machine is meeting or exceeding the expectations of our needs and those recommendations of Consumer Reports.

I've had my dryer about a month now and I'm pleasantly surprised how nice it is. There are many options which I didn't have before, less drying time and the clothes are coming out so my ironing has been cut back tremendously!! That's a big plus for me. Thank You LG

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was given this dryer because my old dryer was using so much electricity I absolutely love my new dryer it dries faster and uses less power. I was so happy to have got this opportunity to get my new free dryer.

We purchased this dryer a few weeks ago (along with the washer) and could not be happier! It's so much easier to do laundry compared to the old washer and dryer (another brand) we had. We are so grateful for a quality product that makes our lives easier.

Only issue with this fantastic dryer is the very confusing "Energy Saver". The initial use on large load (high heat) and delicate (low heat) was excellent; however when the normal (medium heat) was selected it just tumbled with no heat. After many e-mails, calls, and live discussions a repair man came out to "fix" the dryer. Turns out there was nothing wrong with the dryer--it defaults to running ~15 minutes with no heat on the medium settings. How this "saves energy" is unknown and if it is normal, it should be explained in the How to Operate section. Explanation is in the Trouble Shoot section under "No Heat" but when it heats on high and low it is not an obvious place to look. Now that I know what Energy Saver is, the dryer works great--looks great, and does a great job drying.

We've had this a few weeks now. We've already had issues with it not working, the drum not spinning. LG support has not been helpful. When it does work, my tshirts have come out very wrinkled like they never have before, even when getting them out right away. Would not recommend.
