While I am very happy with both, it does take some time to learn all the new features. I have had the old knobs and limited cycles in the past. Keep up the great appliances LG. Looking forward to purchasing more.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this LG dryer a few weeks ago because of its high reviews after much time research. Not only is it highly functional and energy efficient, it has a clean, smart look with the ability to watch them dry! Many drying options to choose from with an easy to read/operate control panel. Love the flat top as I tend to put folded clothes on the top and they don't slide off! Even nicer looking when paired with my new LG washer!

I am having problems getting the clothes all the way dry on the sensor cycles. I am having to let it run through another manual cycle to get it to finish. Other than that I think it was a good deal. I like the energy saving possibilities. I like that you can change the direction of the door. The directions were not very clear on how to do it.

Feel the instructions were not as easy to follow. This is the first new dryer in over ten years and found the feel of the new machine control buttons to be uncomfortable and strange ( not a positive click). Clothes don't seem to get dry and come out wrinkled something. Doesn't see to be enough settings or few instructions to explain how to set machine for certain conditions. Prefer the door to drop down as swing to the side. Like that the door could change swing. Love the capacity of the dryer. Have not tried to fry a large item yet to know how well it will do.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this dryer about 6 weeks ago, I love the glass door as i can see into the dryer it runs so quite, i choose white as has the look as looking clean all the time, it is so easy to set different drying cycles an it drys very fast an it has so many cycles to choose from. I love the little musical sounds when you program an at the end of drying time i would tell anyone if your looking for a new dryer go with LG I love LG proudcts as I bought the washer that matches and I bought LG elect range an we have also bought a LG tv I love LG proudcuts

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought dryer with side vent option. Can vent with short, straight vent duct through outside wall. No bends in duct and shorter duct length CUTS DRY TIME IN HALF. What used to take 1 hour to dry, now takes 30 minutes. Saves time and money.

My laundry takes a while to dry, and even after using dryer sheets, it smells like burnt rubber inside. I had it professionally installed, new hookups, the vent leading outdoors is cleared. Plus, I have to usually run a dry cycle twice to get a complete dry.

I purchased this appliance about a month ago. I have never had an LG, and I can say that I am impressed. Very easy to use, and was affordable for my budget. Several features to choose from, and there is a cycle for any of your clothing or other washable items. I highly recommend this appliance.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] had to replace our old dryer. shopped around for new dryer and decided that the LG dryer would be good. however not only was it good but it is an excellent!! we really love this dryer. it dries the cloths in no time at all. performs 100 % better than are old dryer ever did!! would highly recommend to anyone.
