Had the dryer for about a month and it's the best dryer I've ever used and I'm 64 yrs old. I highly recommend this dryer to everyone. Easy to use and so quite you can hardly hear it run.

The auto dry feature doesn't heat the dryer at all and the manual one almost burns the clothes. It is impossible to get a live person for support because they think a crappy app does the trick. Not a company I trust anymore.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like LG Products had a LG Washer and Dryer before. LG use to include a light in the dryer before I miss that feature. I hope that you will include it back in your dryers

Still trying to figure out all the features, but it does a nice job for the most part. Don't load too much into the dryer, as it takes longer to dry and sheets can get pretty twisted up.

We bought the LG dryer several weeks ago and are very pleased with how well it drys. Also love that it plays a sweet little tune to let you know when the load is finished.
